This Dairy Queen seriously lacks urgency. Every time I come here, it takes way too long to get my food, and when I finally do, it’s barely even warm. It’s like they have no sense of time or customer service. If I’m waiting this long, at least give me fresh, hot food. Definitely not worth it. Management needs to fix this and do better.

I went there today and had order a chicken basket and I had waited for almost a hour when the chicken take only 6 minutes and when I did receive my order my chicken were small and too crunchy and I won’t go back for food but only the ice cream so far I used to love eating there and but I don’t know what’s going with them that it’s going down hill oh well

Arrived at 10:34pm to DQ on a Saturday after googling what food establishments were open. Online it states this establishment is opened from 6:30am-11:00pm. As we drove in there were some employees greeting someone at the door . We proceeded to go to the drive thru were no one answered so we drove up to the window. Employees were scrambling inside, a few acknowledged we were there but waited about 3 minutes for someone to open the window. We were told that they were closed that only Carrizo and eagle pass had the operating hours of 6:30am-11:00pm even though such hours are displayed online and at their establishment.

I just took my daughter through the drive-through for an ice cream cone. Everything was fine just as expected. The only thing is they ran out of napkins and considering it was an ice cream cone for a little girl yeah???

This one is directly to management..please let your employees know, that the customers inside at the counter, supercedes the drive thru..customer service is vital and imperative to any business..first impression is of most importance, because that’s what drives the customer to return..AND let them know also that senior citizens should be treated with respect and to be patient with them.

I had the Dude! I’ve had this chicken fried steak sandwich at many many DQs because I travel Allot and this was the best , most fresh by a long shot. Bun toasted, steak crispy and veggies crunchy…. I’ll eat here every day while I’m in town!
