I wouldn’t exactly call it a fast food place, but it’s not that bad. Drive thru takes longer.
Just, don’t like repeating myself when I’m ordering! Other than that, food is great! Always hot, so I guess expect to wait for your order.

Ordered the tacos and requested to please drain the grease from the meat and the tacos were completely wet with grease. The taco shell was soggy and just very messy.
I called back to tell them , but the temp manager said I will tell the cooks to drain the grease fron taco meat for the future.
In the meantime, I paid for disgusting tacos that my dog didn’t even want to eat.
What happened to the good cooks? MISTAKE if they were let go

Poor customer service. We were never notified that our banana splits were ready and after 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter and asked if they forgot about our order. They said the banana splits were ready and were placed in a small refrigerator. They placed them on the counter and it was obvious they were MELTED. We asked if they could make new banana splits and they said that the melted ones were edible and tasted the same as a freshly made banana split. We had a little staredown and we did not get fresh banana splits. You be the judge of their service. Hopefully, you will get better service than we did.

10:03 pm, we pulled in because the sign underneath the DQ sign said “NOW OPEN TIL 11” and go through drive thru just to be told its closed. Then proceed to drive out through the drive thru lane just for there to be a car in front of us waiting to get 3 cones. Spare me.

This particular location is somewhat unpredictable. The food and treats are good when they’re available. Sometimes I’ve gone specifically for a frozen treat and the machine has been down. The staff is nice enough. They’ve never been rude, though they are also not outstandingly friendly. Overall, it is a good place to go to grab some fast food.

Drive thru took more than 20 minutes for blizzard. We received them all melted and 2 were not made as ordered. One was missing extra ingredient and the other they had ram out or ingredient for a veteran blizzard flavor

The food is great, but the service is very slow, and i guess the employees have there own way of who gets an order 1st I was there waiting 30 min. for a country basket, the person behind me ordered 3 salads, a hunger buster combo, a coyntry basket ,he got his order 1st, and I still had to wait like 20 min. That really sucks but that is the last time I go there

Can’t consider it a fast food. Food is good. Price is moderate. The only problem is the WAIT TIME. Specially through drive thru. 25 minutes for breakfast taco. Is way too long of a wait.

I tried their breakfast tacos for the first time. A coworker of mine brought tacos for everyone and I didn’t think I would like it since it’s from a chain restaurant. But I was wrong, the tortilla is also good. I do t stop by I’m the morning’s unless I positive I have plenty of time to order and wait for my order because mornings gets pretty packed.
