It was my first of burgers in dairy queen
The place in comfortable, restrooms clean, a lot of products, the people kind.
The only thing I dont like it is that I order led the combo #1 and it doesn’t have cheese and you cannot add it.
The food was good but is not the best in burgers.
We also ordered ice cream and blizzards and it that they are the best.

If you’re dealing with Jacob and are doing a PICK UP be prepared to give every proof of evidence you’re picking up your own order. I ordered several times from this location and have never had a problem except for the last couple times. I had a large order and decided to have my son pick it up instead of delivery to avoid issues in case the order was missing anything. I paid for it in full through the app. When my son went to pick it up they said no, they didn’t have any orders for me and with an attitude said, “do you see it on my screen? . Jacob, himself did mention if my son could get the doordash screenshot. Him and his wife called me, I sent ALL the info and verification over. He then changed his mind and said it had to be the actual phone and app the order was made on. This after my son witnessed with questions asked, them handing a dasher food. I ended up having to go to the restaurant myself and I’m sorry I did cause a scene. They ARGUED with me then played the victim. I ordered the food at 5:32, left at 6:45 pm. They tried to give me cold food and I had to let them know I needed warm food. I watched them keep changing the ready time on my doordash app. too. I apologized to the lady next to me and she said she had to deal with their rudeness many times and she said she recommends me to just go to Stars now, which she planned on doing for now on too.
I love the food their. Its great! I do large orders of $50 or more. But the customer service from that younger generation with no respect is ridiculous. I was just trying to have MY food, I PAID already for picked up warm and served to my two 5 year olds. I deal with toddler attitudes all day and then delt with it today too. I regret spending money there.

We eat at DQ alot. It’s the only place in town that’s half decent, sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s below good but not bad. But the people at this store need to realize. If you close at 10. Don’t be mad at me ordering at 9.55. I don’t care if you started cleaning at 8.30. You don’t have a bad attitude because you want to go home already.

Ordered a small mocha brownie mudslide in the drive thru. They forgot the mocha and brownie…just vanilla and chocolate chip. Disappointing.

The only complaint I had was my burger and fries burger, because the meat was dry the cheese they only gave me half of the cheese the bread was cold they usually toast it and the french fries were cold. You could taste all the grease.

Seriously just waited 20 minutes for a hot dog and Junior burger at drive thru. Typing review as we wait! Will never be here again.
UPDATE:. After receiving this hot dog with stale bun for my son, which cost $4.29, returned it. That took 10 minutes!

The two men who were working at around 6:00pm on Sunday, May 19th 2024, made our drive through experience horrible, it was honestly nothing but a joke. During our “first” go around through the drive through, we were greeted with a very short and rude demeanor through and at the window. We were then asked to park in the front to receive our order (there was no one else in the drive through & maybe 2-3 cars in the parking lot). After our order was delivered, there was no blizzard that we had ordered. I read the receipt after and they didn’t charge us for it. We were told we had to go inside or go back through the drive through with what seemed like attitude of the employees’ reaction to the intent of us trying to get a “freebie”. On our “second” go around through the drive through (for our blizzard that wasn’t ordered on the employees end), we were greeted with a SECOND round of impolite “what did you order, what kind, etc” when we reached the pay window, after they had already incorrectly tried to charge us for a different meal. Although the food was quick, you expect to not be treated in such a disrespectful manner when you go to a place that is surrounded by such a positive reputation! There was no excuse to be spoken to in that kind of tone or snappiness. Customer service is a business I have proudly worked in and if you do not have the personality to treat people with common decency, then I would highly suggest the employee to find a different job or the company invest in employees who will make a good image for their business. Very disappointing.
