4•28•25 well decided to come here and food was not great ordered combo #2 double meat and dbl cheese and the meat tasted old, over cooked not juicy yet dried. Ordered the Dude and boy that was a huge dissapointment the looks are deceiving it looks good but was bad meaning way way way to much batter on a measly small beef patty it was the worst I took all of the thick batter was left with a child’s size burger meat. That’s how bad it was I do not recomend the Dude it is not what it use to be trust me on that. Before it had meat now idk its very sad and poor looking and a waist of money you will eat a battered burger with somewhat meat. Think I would of been better off with the beef basket but I didn’t. Aside that tasted like freezer burn to. So our meals just were bad. Not to mention I asked for a small dip cone and the guy who made it was really bad at it. Even tho they were having a meeting in dining area that’s fine they were moving everything in kitchen idk maybe getting ready for inspections idk. But by the looks of it no one was happy I’ll tell you that much. When the gentleman made my cone I kinda said whoa dude change your gloves b4 you touch it. He said I just put them on but I didn’t see it so I was disturbed by it. Always put gloves in front so client can see you don’t touch register etc then pants, shirt, counter then food. Come on yall know better than this.

I got take out and the service was excellent! They were really nice and fast. I got a number seven with coke and a chocolate chips and cookie dough blizzard and all of the food tasted amazing would recommend.

Ordered some Blizzards from the drive thru and ALL the blizzards were melting and dripping over! Looked like milkshakes that were sitting in the heat! 3 min later at home, they had dripped all over my car and all over my daughter’s lap! Dripped throughout the house. Couldn’t enjoy what was left because I spent time cleaning up the spills and inside my vehicle. NEVER going there again. 1 star was too much of a score.

Imagine inviting friends to eat just to get half your order missing from everyone’s meals and then when you ask to speak to a manager they get all angry at you. Embarrassing. I will never support this place again, not to mention how dirty the place is. Took half an hour. HALF AN HOUR to get food, how is that fast food and with the prices too? Sad. Worst dairy queen I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

There’s a manager I think it’s a she or he im not sure pretty sure it’s a girl that was acting like a guy extremely rude to the girls she was training sounded like her employees are tired of her and is not a good work environment and the fires tasted like dust but the Dyke lady was extremely rude calling her employees out infront of everyone not a good look for a business at all!!! Unacceptable im a shamed they have to deal with that!
