Although they don’t advertise any kind of promotions for when you have a dog. But in the drive-through window, I asked if my passenger which is a pug dog can have a little snack as well, and they gave him a little mini soft serve, and a mini whipped cream serve for free along with my order which I thought was very nice of them. Thank you so much you guys are awesome.

customer service there was horrible. i’m assuming the lady who helped me was management bc she was wearing a different colored shirt than everyone else, i didn’t catch a name but she slammed the drive thru window on my face and rolled her eyes when i told her the milkshake tasted bad and i wanted a flavor switch. She has glasses and a bun, the girl next to her was a petite young girl both made faces towards me and i was simply just asking for a remake or a different flavor of milkshake. There was no need for the disrespect of having the drive thru slam and rolling eyes at me, i wasn’t being disrespectful at all. i even asked for them to throw the shake i had originally gotten since i had no use for it especially if the flavor was bad. This needs to be fixed, ridiculous how horribly they treated me over something that could’ve been easily handled.

Very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. I ordered 4 mini Blizzards and even though there were no customers inside, it took almost 20 minutes to get them. The excuse was that they were focused on the drive-thru, but I’ve never seen such a long wait for something so simple.
What made it worse was that the employee went to the back to prepare the Blizzards instead of doing it in view like other locations, which really felt unprofessional and left me with no confidence in how the product was handled. On top of that, the attitude was unfriendly.
Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Dairy Queen.

I don’t usually leave reviews for a fast food joint but when I asked for a menu item that wasn’t available at their location, they went out of their way to ask what what was in the burger and made it for me! I appreciate that they went out of their way to do that!!

I just had a bad experience at this location. There was a long line, up to the door to we’re I was when I got there. I placed my order and by the time I got to the window, my two cones were already ready. When I took the first bite on the tip of one of the cones, a lot of ice cream poured out of it, as if it was sitting there melting by the time I got there. The entire ice cream made a mess all over me. This location should work in fixing this problem. It’s not cool!! I didn’t appreciate the mess or the cone…

Store opens at 10 am, all doors were locked at 11 am. Waited outside for 10 minutes before an employee came out and noticed the same issue and went back inside to open them. Even so, doors locked an entire hour after opening? Unprofessional if you ask me.
They even almost forgot to give me the sundae that comes from the 7$ deal.

I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in a while, so when this new location opened nearby, I had to check it out. They offer a great variety of food and drinks, the customer service is excellent, and I also appreciate the well-designed parking layout. Overall, a great experience!
