I am compelled to bring to your attention a matter of utmost importance concerning the management at this Dairy Queen location. The behavior of yelling at employees in front of customers is alarming, as it fosters a hostile work environment, undermines staff morale, and adversely affects customer experience. It is imperative that customers are not exposed to staff being addressed in such a disrespectful manner. Unfortunately, the persistence of this issue without corrective action is disheartening. Effective leadership should exemplify respect, composure, and accountability, particularly in the presence of guests. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me at their earliest convenience.

Lucia was super friendly and took great care of us!! Everyone who brought us our food was very kind and served with a smile. Food was great!!!! This is not the closest DQ to our house, but we will definitely be back!

I didn’t bother taking a picture when I got it because by the time I made it home most of my banana split was melted so you couldn’t really tell anymore but charging me like $0.80 for peanuts and all I was given for 3 split in half and the rest just skin shavings. Seriously?!?! Banana was not ready, hard to chew and the topping were minimal. It was all ice cream with like one teaspoon each of the sauces.

Went here to have lunch at this location EdinburgEast Location and this was the best service and dining experience i have had in a very long time. Starting with the cashier -Sergio and manager Lucia, they went out of their way to treat myself and all the customers at that location to the utmost. best customer service, keep it up guys.
