Horrible. I accidentally made an order, I put it to delivery, and it switched back to pick up without me knowing. So after I placed the order, I realized it was incorrect. I called and asked if they could cancel my order since it doesn’t let me on the app. These people gave me such a hard time about it. Even if they’re still receiving my order, all they kept saying is to call customer service. There is no number for customer service, mind you. So 20$ down to the dumps. I placed a new order, this time on DoorDash instead of the the app, they already know what my name is because I told them when I called them. I kid you not, they made my order horrible. I ordered a large blizzard, and they filled it up 55% percent of the way. My milkshake only 70% of the cup. And mini blizzard, 70% of the way. They were just being petty. Horrible customer service, never again. Never got my money back.

The manager and two employees working were amazing! We had over 30 orders and everyone was correct and came out in a timely manner! We appreciate you for having patience with our Special Olympic students. You listened to each one as they ordered and took car off them. Bruh, this spot is trash! Whoever is manager isn’t managing for ish. Went a couple months ago for the Dr Pepper bbq combo…no rings for the burger, drink machine was out of order, they couldn’t make the flavor blizzard I asked for. Next visit, chick behind the counter sees me waiting to order and proceeds to have a headphone conversation with another employee who is 15 feet away and apparently on break or end of shift. Went last week for a frosted sugar cookie blizzard and they’re out of frosting. Go tonight for a frosted sugar cookie blizzard. They’re out of frosting! Like how are you still in operation? I’d rather drive the 10 minutes to Bishop than ever set foot in this place again. TRASH!

The young girl delivering food (a little after lunch on January 29 )to curbside was rude as if she was having a bad day . She brought our food to my vehicle and just handed the food and looked all pissed off and walked away . No smile no thank you . Nothing but a mug shot pissed off look . Horrible service, no sense of urgency, their boss was there while all this was happening and she wasn’t wearing a ball cap but was in the back area, there was a 5yr old child also there with a lady in pajamas who were also close to the back area. The employees obviously have no respect for their boss or she doesn’t care to allow this to happen. They had us park in the front and never brought us out our meals. 4 cars went by and left before I got down to get it myself and they had it sitting behind the counter and when they saw me they quickly grabbed it like they were going to walk it out to me. There was only 1 large fey and the others were the wrong size. My son is 6’2 and he always finishes his meals. He said the burger was off like if something was done to it or an old patty so he didn’t finish it

I got a choco brownie extreme.. and they put Oreos in it.. and when I went to tell them they got my order wrong they told me that it comes with Oreos. My big back knows it does NOT come with Oreos. (I didn’t even ask for Oreos to be put in)

It’s not the best place to sit and eat. The building could use some TLC. They need to keep the order board more up to date though. Couple times I have gone in and I order a blizzard and get told it’s not available or out of season. The food and ice creams are still decent. We visit kind of on a regular only because my daughter and neighbor love going here.

We ordered 3 small m&m, blizzards and a xl chili cheese dog.. Dog came out first and the employee question me 3 times if it was really for me? Why in the hell would i be trying to steal someones chili dog. Then the same guy poured ice in the coke machine with the lid still on.. Seems to me he needs a drug test, spilling all the ice over a little girl next to the machine.. Wish i could give a zero.
