This was a really disappointing experience. We ordered two 6-piece steak finger combos with extra gravy and a Dude sandwich combo. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, everything tasted old and definitely not fresh.
On top of that, we were missing both extra gravies we paid for and were also missing the fries from the Dude sandwich combo entirely. The amount of fries we did get with the steak finger boxes was honestly sad.
What made this worse was calling the store to let them know about the issues. The person I spoke to was very rude and said, “What do you want us to do?” There was zero concern, no apology, and no effort to fix the problem. They genuinely did not care.
Long wait, cold/old food, missing items, and awful customer service. Won’t be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the staff are so rude (especially the Hispanic girl with braces), it seems they’re always out of almost any blizzard, the girl with the braces is always short with me and so rude, if I had a different dq near me, I would never go here again, I hate that dq (the place that should be friendly) is so rude and such a hateful atmosphere. They never even do the ice-cream the way you’re supposed to. 0/10 would NEVER recommend (p.s the picture is my hunger buster today, took 1 bite and was absolutely disappointed, it was burnt and smashed, ended up getting a refund bc im not paying for food I dont even wanna finish…)

The hot dog was horrible it was completely black Harley any chilli a cheese . Just disgusting!!! I would like to get a refund or and re make for another time bc this is unacceptable. The tacos weren’t any better. If you can reach back to me . They need to do better !!

Got some real “thugs” working here lol there workers are such a joke all the guys think they can just can intimidate u with their bs I order a burger and I bite after paying a 1.00 extra for cheese and than see there was no cheese take it back than they just thru a bs slice of cheese and not remake it like they weren’t wrong than watch u the entire time when eating what a joke if I wasn’t w my family I would’ve really cause a scene to get there manager but of course he to busy thinking he Mr cool hahhahahah

This place just needs to be ashamed I spent $33.89 and my food was so nasty no meat in my tacos my burger was just lettuce no mayo the meat was old you can taste old food I took one bite and got disappointed so they were closing when I went but that is no excuse for poor service and cold food the fries were so hard it didn’t make no sense like really I done spent my hard working money on my childhood favorite place but not anymore I’m so irritated. The lady said I can get a refund but then not I gotta call Cody and then she said Cody’s not gonna answer leave him a message I work fast food I know the standards of what we can and can’t do. I had a great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to Tasha. She is incredibly good at her job—efficient, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. On top of that, she was very kind and respectful, which made the visit feel welcoming and pleasant. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. Tasha is a true asset to the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Unfortunately, the food itself tasted burnt, and the rest of the staff on shift was unprofessional and rude (the girl with the teeth ), which took away from the overall experience. Customer service standards were inconsistent, but Tasha stood out in the best possible way and did everything she could to provide excellent service despite the issues.

I ordered a peanut buster parfait. Its the saddest one I’ve ever seen. When I asked why there were no peanuts on the top, the girl just said “that’s how me wake them”. They wouldn’t add the peanuts thay every other DQ in San Antonio does. They didn’t give me a recipt at time of purchase. I’m not going back again. I shouldn’t have to fight to get them to make an item the way its advertised.

Last time coming here: I’m so SICK of Dr ing 15 mins to the closest Dq just for the workers to non compliant and always have an attitude. A gentleman was waiting forever to put his order in and everyone was ignoring him the new big girl approached him after him asking “can I please get some help” which she then replied “I DONT KNOW IM NEW HERE, can you?” In a very aggressive tone. RUDE. The gentlemen then proceeded to leave and said “you know what nevermind?”
The previous time I came the workers were trying to fight customers and get into physical altercations. All over customers complaining about there orders being wrong. I’m so disgusted with this location and everyone working should be ashamed of themselves. I’ve been in the food industry this company has no idea what customer service is. I seriously have to shout out this Dairy Queen! We called so many locations around San Antonio and everyone was either super rude or said same-day cakes weren’t possible. This location was the complete opposite — they were so friendly, so helpful, and they made our cake the same day without any attitude at all.
The cake turned out delicious and honestly exceeded our expectations. Thank y’all for saving the day and giving us such great service. We’ll definitely be coming back
