Not only was the food delicious but the service was priceless. Thank you DQ! I don’t usually post but I have to because of the service I received from Anthony and Phillipe. Please forgive me if I spell your name wrong.
These men made our trip special. We went through the drive thru to order food and it is my dogs birthday. My family has gone through a tough time and we had to move to a new area. Many don’t think about the animals. I mentioned it was my dogs birthday. They not only gave me a pup cup but Anthony began singing happy birthday and Felipe delivered the pup cup to my dog for his birthday. They were kind and broke break in a sense and it was a very spiritual and loving moment. My family needed a moment like this as a reminder that we are safe and we are home. Thank you both and thank you team. It takes a village. This will forever be special and Oscar my dog said it is his favorite birthday yet!

Came here for a cone to uplift my mood, and left with a new found friendship with Philip. He was on top of it, his customer service was excellent. We even forgot to add a blizzard to our order but not to worry cause he got it for us right away, very delicious food. My experience was a 10/10.

I went about 30 mins to closing with some friend and we ordered a chicken tender family meal to go. The food was delicious and the ice cream was good too. Also, the employees, who I’m sure where tired, were very nice about us placing an order so close to closing. I know it’s “their job,” but I’m so grateful to them either way.

Francisca, the manager, is amazing. She runs a great group of employees and is very attentive and polite. Place is spotless, and this is definitely very important in food industry.

The service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a simple ice cream and waited at the window for about 15 minutes. During that time, the employees were standing there talking to each other while looking at me and completely ignoring me. Waiting that long for just an ice cream is unacceptable. The lack of customer service and attention was very unprofessional. Definitely a poor experience.

1/17/2026 me and my husband ordered 2 cones one with 6 dips when we reserved our cones it was a different person who give the cones to him it was only dip one’s we told the lady we had asked for 6 dips and said we would have to pay for more dips we where not informed we had to pay and it was not charged as we already payed she was very rude days prior we ordered the same with no problem and did not pay for each dip.
