I don’t usually write reviews (you can probably tell by my account), but I felt I had to after my visit today—not because of the mistake itself, but because of how it was handled.
I went through the drive-through and ordered two meals and a few extra items. When I got home, about ten minutes away, I realized I was missing an order of fries. No big deal—mistakes happen. I called the restaurant, and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She apologized and told me to come back so they could replace the fries.
So, I grabbed my bag and receipt, drove the ten minutes back, and went through the drive-through again. A different woman answered, and I explained the situation. She asked me to pull up to the window. Then a man came to the window, and I told him I was there for the missing fries. He just said “OK,” closed the window, and handed me the smallest order of fries I’ve ever seen.
What bothered me most wasn’t the portion—it was the attitude. No one apologized or even took a moment to confirm what had happened. I left feeling like I was a nuisance instead of a customer. I get that replacing food might be inconvenient for them, but driving back was inconvenient for me too. I’m not upset that a mistake happened; I’m upset that no one took accountability or showed basic courtesy.

The food is always hot when I go, and that’s after school. The kids that work there are okay. Some can use an attitude adjustment but pretty good customer service. Ashley, I would have to say always serves with a smile.

2ed time ive orderd a basket and the toast tasted funky definitely check the butter or bread quality it tasted and smelled moldy dont cut corners loved the chicken and fries just couldn’t eat my bread sadly

Food is fresh, hot, and fast. People are friendly and hepful. Restrooms are clean. Parking easy even if you are towing a trailer. No wifi. No outlets at tables for your laptop. This might not be a full menu DQ, because they don’t have ice cream cakes and a few other items, but the food menu seems complete compared to bigger DQs

All in all it was good. Faster if you go inside. Although there was only 4 cars in the drive through, I went inside. Just a slight edit here. Had to come back for another hamburger.. called ahead thus time and didn’t have to even wait. It was ready when I got here. Payed and left.
