Enjoyed the food, we always do, but there is a young goth look girl that works there and every time we go she is very rude and isn’t helpful at all. I ordered 5 different ice creams, and when she handed them to me, I asked her which was which, she made an annoyed face at me and said rudely, ” I don’t know”, the man before who took our order was friendly. Her rudeness both time we came there will not stop us from coming back but I hope next time she has a better day and isn’t rude

This place is horrible and so are the staff. The drive through person was just rude and acted like kicked her dog. Asked her to scan my phone so I can get my points and just rud she said we don’t have a scanner. After getting our food we said thank you and she just closed the window and said nothing. So disappointed and as customers we should have some kind of respect.

I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard only, medium fries and drink, 9.39. Then charged .80 for the cheese. A hunger buster Jr with everything except tomatoes and pickles, medium fries and drink, 7.49 plus .80 for the addition of cheese. The CHEESEBURGER with mustard only cost more than the burger with everything, except tomatoes and pickles with added cheese. Why are you charged for cheese when ordering a cheeseburger?? This is my second attempt of ordering from DQ on Junction Hwy., and it’s the last time.

This is not a taco! This is a mini taco! And even then the meat, cheese, 5 tomato pieces and 1 piece of lettuce are barely there! And 16$ for a 4 piece stripes with very few old fries and toast with a lemonade. These 2 menu items cost almost 20$. Definitely over priced just like every where else. Such a disappointment!

Brought my Beautiful daughters to visit Kerrville in a girls trip . We stayed for a football game and had dinner at Dairy Queen. I must say this is the best Dairy Queen I’ve been too. Food was fresh and service was great

Rather slow…lots of staff members walking around in circles. Literally. Smell of pot wafting out the window. Food was good…once we finally got it. We were only the second car in line with one meal ordered. Not sure why it was a 20 min wait. Time gets away from high teenagers I guess.

What a great experience! We are visiting from out of town and needed a late night treat and they did not disappoint. I have an allergy and asked if they could wipe the blizzard machine and they very carefully did so. They blizzards were packed with candy and the service was excellent. Everyone was so kind even though I know it was close to the end of the evening. Would come again!

RUDE!!! the atmosphere, the manger lady with curly red hair was the worst manager ever. Can not explain more on how bad I was treated due to asking about a meal they had the beginning of the month. She ended up kicking me out just asking a question. She should be working at McDonald’s not a DQ. DQ people should be nice and talkative. Not rude and punching people to get what they don’t want. Never coming to this one again. I’ll just go to the one on Sydney baker st. Better service and people

Nothing like an obviously sick, feverish cashier that won’t stop rubbing her snot on everything, that has set the temp to 79 degrees and burnt food . At least I can look forward to getting the flu
