8/24/24 We stopped by Dairy Queen in Boerne for a cool treat, and it was the perfect choice. We enjoyed a strawberry banana Blizzard, a banana split, and an Oreo Blizzard. Each treat was delicious, and we all left satisfied.The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for a sweet treat!

I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Belt Buster and Hunger Buster. The food came out fresh and it was delicious. However, they are understaffed and the wait at the drive thru was over 10 mins.

Additionally, the building is outdated and I would highly recommend to the franchise owner to give the building a facelift. It felt as though it was a blast from the past.

Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone as the food was made right and I will return in the future.

I went to the drive thru around 6:20 to get a burger combo and order of three tacos with no tomatoes. There were no cars in front of me and it took at least 20 min to get my order . I have never had a bad experience at this location before but this is what was served to me . I called and spoke to the assistant manager who happened to make the tacos I ordered and he insisted that the portions were correct. And if I had a problem with it that was my opinion and to kind of deal with it . There are not too many places here Boerne for fast food but this was one of the places that was convenient but as a food manager myself this was unacceptable.

The best DQ my husband and I have visited. DQ is our go to food stop when we travel. The food was fresh and HOT. Including the fries! Brayden made me a fabulous chocolate malt. He was kind, friendly and courteous.

The worker at the drive through on 9/17/25 at 730PM was extremely rude. It was busy, and I’ve worked fast food so I understand. On pulling up to the speaker after a 10 min, I was told brusquely, ‘yah, wait.’ After another 10 mins of no comms and seeing the cars behind us all parking, I asked if we should come inside to see if the speaker was working and if that was preferred. No answer. So, I pulled up to the window. Was ignored for awhile. Then was scolded, ‘l told you to wait!’ At that point we no longer desired ice cream for our bday celebration and just left. I understand being busy, but simple courtesies to explain the wait and periodically checking in w waiting customers after 10-20 min isn’t hard and is part of the job.

40 minutes in the drive-thru and food and drinks had not even been started. To long of a wait so I left with nothing. Attempted to call and speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available I said I would hold she then informed me that there was no manager on the property while laughing and joking with others in the back ground. Real funny wasting people’s time but I’m more interested about the no manager on the property no wonder such horrible service and lack of care by their bubble gum employees. So who was the CFM Certified Food Manager while the manager was not on site?

I just went thru the drive thru. An ordered a 6 piece tender basket and a blizzard. Almost 20 dollars for the meal. They made my blizzard first. An then I had to wait about 15 minutes for the rest of my food. An mind u they had one person inside getting an ice cream cone. An atleast 5 employees. An I get my food the fries are cold An soggy. My blizzard was already half melted by then. An the toast was half burnt An it was supposed to be 6 tenders. An it looked like they had split some in half they were so small. An the gravy u could tell had been sitting around bc it looked gelanatious. So more than half the meal was inedible. I heard this location wasent very good lately but I figured since they weren’t busy id give it a try. That was a mistake. Slow or busy they have gone downhill. They should just close down to make room for a restaurant that has better standards or atleast bring in a manager from another location to fix this place. Bc right now theyre just wasting money on lazy employees.
