Got a burger from here looks like they just slapped it together a little bit of mayo on one side of the bun one piece of bacon with a few cut pieces on the burger dry burger if I wanted it dry I would’ve asked for nothing on the burger just overall horrible.

One of the best Dairy Queens I’ve visited. The people who worked there were very pleasant and the kept our blizzards in the cooler while we finished our burgers. I’ve never had that kind of service at a fast food.

Came through drive thru around 1pm and well they had us wait for a good 15-20. ♀️ Didn’t look super busy but oh well. The workers were friendly but after getting our order I had to go in and get the blizzard they forgot to give us.

This was the best Dairy Queen that I have been to in awhile! The assist Mgr waited on us and really knew the original blizzard choices from the past and added whatever combo of flavors in my blizzard no problem! All the staff was very friendly and made sure that every order was done right and that every customer was taken very good care of!

Super slow service, but the food was really good. I think that they forgot about our order until I asked about it and then they brought it to us 5 minutes later. The portions were really generous though, a good size for the price we payed. I don’t recommend going here if you are in a hurry, but if you have time, it is fine.

DQ just isn’t what it used too be at all, and My favorite spots in Austin Tx in Pflugerville. Been here two times and the employees at the drive thru are a bit snappy at times and not the best customer service but the food isn’t all bad , first time my fries were cold and was a bit upset but the sandwich was good. My second visit was better but still with the customer service its just not there, maby if the employees had a better attitude at the drive thru the experience wouldn’t be so bad but it is what it is, so just had too give a fair review
