I came here around 8:30pm did not receive my food until 9pm just for my order to be made incorrectly we ordered the deluxe nachos and received chips and cheese with jalapeños in a container. Horrible customer service I should have been told at the menu that they had no meat or sides instead of wasting $20 I could’ve went to a different Dairy Queen. Do not go to this Dairy Queen a complete waste of time they made us pull out front for 30 minutes the girls sat at the counters on their phones when someone could’ve walked out and apologized for the wait or let me know they do not have the sides would I like something else. I rarely write reviews but this really upset me because I already have to pull around and wait then I get incorrect food with no apology for the inconvenience.

I have been going here for years. It has progressively gotten worse. I have NEVER been able to get even a warm burger from y’all. The steak fingers, are decent. However, when the wait has become ridiculous there’s no point in ordering subpar food, even if it’s close. Today, I ordered 2 blizzards and a malt. I was the only one in line for a bit, eventually somebody got in line behind me. Took them about 20 minutes. At the point where I’ll go to the Groves Dairy Queen if the wait is better, even if the customer service is better. Workers here are not necessarily rude, but they’re not very friendly.

As a former DQ employee this is absolutely embarrassing, the person who brought out my order came out hold my chili dog vertically causing all of the toppings to practically come off. I will condemn them on the costomer service though.
