Waited at the register for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Just employees literally running around servicing the drive thru and people already sitting down. It take 2 seconds to say “we’ll be with you shortly”
Decided to just leave and head to marble slab. Love me some marble slab. Owner is super friendly too!

Don’t buy from DQ. You won’t get what you pay for. Buy a large, get a large cup only half full.
Order online for fast pickup? Nope, you’re going to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. If you go inside because the wait outside is too long, you’ll wait another 20 min while the whole the staff ignores you at the counter.complain? Sure they’ll ask you to take the survey but nobody ever tries to make things right.
Save your money and time, go anywhere else.

I was trying to pick up a DoorDash order and they didn’t have it ready so I waited and the the young girl made the blizzards that were in the order. She then handed them to me, and I told her that there was food that was supposed to go along with it, which she didn’t know about so she went in the back and spoke to the other two people being there absolutely doing nothing except talking and playing on their phones. The guy came out and was starting to make the order and I said is the order ready and he said yes ma’am it’s ready and I said how long will it be this be taking because I have another order to go drop off and he said it’s ready now with an attitude which it wasn’t because he was still making it. He was very rude and he should’ve had the order ready as they had no other customers in the store or the drive-thru. That man needs an attitude adjustmentNo customer should be treated like that! These kids nowadays play on phones constantly and don’t care about the customers that come into the Restaurant. Vent over.

Went to the drive-through window and there were only a couple of cars in line but when I pulled up to order, I was asked to wait and I did for a good 10 minutes. At one point I said “hello” and a voice came on and said “be with you as soon as we can”. Then I get to the window and pay and wait five minutes and then I’m asked to pull up to wait some more for my food. And there’s hardly anyone here. Not sure what they were doing, but avoid this place. The service is awful.

Tried ordering chicken and dumplings through doordash and didn’t recieve them. tried ordering again and order was canceled. called and asked the ynq who answered the phone if they had chicken and dumplings and she hung up on me. by FAR the worst DQ I’ve ever dealt with

Pulled up right at 10pm and the drive the employee confirmed that ice cream desserts were still available for ordering. Got my banana split and blizzard quickly with the upside down check and I was on my way. No complaints.

I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes but no employee ever spoke. So I went inside and stood at the counter for another 5 minutes but no employee acknowledged me or cared to take my order. They literally ignored me! They just sat around talking amongst themselves. So I left and went elsewhere.
The disrespect and ignorance shown by the employees reflects poorly on management and Diary Queen as a whole. No wonder they have a bunch of 1 star reviews here lately. The customer service is atrocious! Avoid this location

This is by far the best DQ! Dairy Queen is always amazing but this location has extremely fresh food! The guys there are also very personable, professional and friendly. Definitely will come back again!

They took our order at the drive thru but we just sat there waiting at the window for 20-30 minutes and the line didn’t move so we ended up leaving. There was only one person ahead of us. It should not take that long to fulfill orders
