I’ll tile this one strike two. So about a week ago my wife and I were treated so poorly in the drive thru that we decided not to order from there and went to Jack in the box instead. Then a couple of nights ago as we had family visiting us we all decided to get some food and ice-cream from the same Dairy Queen. This time we were not treated rudely. We placed our order and received our food then drove home to give everyone their ice-cream. And to our surprise we were short one treat and mine was not made correctly. My wife called in and the Manager told her that they reolized they forgot to give us the item and to bring the receipt in and they would remake it. When I returned a couple of nights later the supervisor didn’t know what to do and I asked for the 4 ice-creams to be re made for the inconvenience. The supervisor picked up his cell phone and walked away saying “I have to call her”. As he returns he said he would not make anything other than the one I was missing. I was a little set back that a manager which I have been one myself for over 20 years was not willing to make up for their mistake and take care of a customer who had to return back to the restaurant with 4 simple ice-creams. I now will drive further to go to another location as I will not give them another chance to receive a third strike from me or my family. This is the treatment you get with Poor attitudes whiche is a reflection of Poor leadership.

The mgr Juan asked us to bring back old and overly fried fish sandwiches in exchange for new ones on the next day, instead of refunding my order via phone. This is bad and customer service.

Sometimes my experience here is great and other times it is terrible. While they are amazing compared to the jack and the box beside it. I believe the service could be better, with my most recent visit the restroom was dirty and needed to be cleaned. What I will say is the diner was very clean. Overall I would rate this location as just okay.

I payed for something I didn’t order, sent the wrong order out the window. And I usually check but I didn’t , it was wrong thing I ordered honey barbecue chicken tenders with ranch which it says on the receipt and I got regular chicken tenders with gravy

I come up to the drive-through. Order a medium Blizzard with 1/2 Oreo and 1/2 M&M. Ordered this 100 times. I get to the window and the kid charged me extra Oreo not once, but twice at $1 each. I say, no, I don’t want extra anything. I just want half of the stuff put in it to be Oreo and the other half to be M&M. SO THEY THROW IT AWAY. They just waste their mistake. Then the manager hands me $2 in cash. Then he starts asking me all kinds of questions about how I want them to distribute 3 scoops or whatever. First of all, this isn’t hard. Second, while 16 cents of tax on the $2 isn’t much difference, it’s my 16 cents. He didn’t even consider my 16 cents he was trying to steal from me without even a thought. I just handed him the $2 and asked for a full refund. I won’t be back, though I really do hope they get their act together. People go there for a treat. It shouldn’t be a traumatic experience.
