They did everything well, except they forgot 1 item. If I didn’t check my items before I left, then I would’ve paid for food that I didn’t receive and it’s hard to prove once you leave the premises. In addition, they kept my receipt after giving me the missing item. Now I’ll say this, the young lady that took my order did well, but the manager or supervisor there seemed very upset, that he was the one that forgot the missing item. Overall, they did well, but I’ll say to be sure to not show any anger for mistakes. We all make mistakes, so just address it and keep it positive from that point.

Just pulled up to this place and was told that they “close in 10 seconds” by a Hispanic man with a very strong accent. It was 9:59 when I got in front of the order speaker when this happened, and according to google this location stays open until 12am. So either they need to update their times or fire these employees that don’t want to do the bare minimum that is, THEIR JOB. I asked the guy if they closed later just to reassure he understood what he was saying and he reiterated that they closed at 10, so I pulled off because he’s obviously an idiot that I don’t want having anything to do with my order anyway. The picture I added is a screenshot from their app of the times they open and close.

If you enjoy wasting money, this is the spot to visit. I ordered a medium Oreo Blizzard. And you get a sprinkle of oreos and the rest is the white creamy stuff. It was shocking and disappointing. I won’t patronize this particular location anymore. What a waste.

I’ve been here a few times now. First few times for the ice creams. Ice creams were great. Last time I gave their burger a shot, and what I should have done is read the reviews online first. The burger was gross and overpriced for no reason. Definitely only going there for sweets cravings going forward.

Pre-cooked fries, chicken strips taste like old oil and the place looks unsanitary. You are serving food to the public. The quality that you provide proves you don’t care what comes out of your kitchen. This mess made me sick and I didn’t finish it. Never will I make the mistake of coming here again. I’m reporting you to the health department. I’m sure you don’t care but when you lose sales and profit you will feel the impact.

So I just went to this Dairy Queen and this is my experience after having gone here several time and now I wonder about the quality all those other times…
So as part of my order I got a hunger buster#1 burger and rather than cook me a fresh burger, they decided to scrap the cheese off of it and rebuild it with one dry hard bun with a semifresh one on the bottom… now I don’t normally comment but this was just bad business…I’ll update later if they rectify this…stay tuned ✌

I usually love eating the fish dinner at dairy Queen but this time I was very upset with what I was giving through the drive-thru. My fish was so dark and so hard I couldn’t believe the manager even brought it out to me like that. I’m definitely going to check my order before I leave. I’ve never had to but I’m putting them on the list of places I can’t trust

Great service no nasty attitudes. Workers actually look like they don’t hate their lives. The framed photos highlighting the history of dq were cool . Had a fun time observing them with my daughter. She loved her ice cream .

Just let this location- second DQ in a row I’ve had a horrible experience at. The drive through guy was super rude from the beginning and then again at the window. I will NEVER go to another Dairy Queen again. We are done.

Everyone was super nice including op mgr and front and back and gave me extra veggies and made the fry again for me and give me a lot. I think I just waited too long to eat my fries weren’t old. Place is clean.
