Ordered an Oreo cookie Blizzard, barely came with any Oreos. I asked the nicely to just add some more said I need to pay 79 more cents to simple get what I wanted the first time. It was pretty much a tub of jsut vinilla ice cream. Then they couldn’t refund me, so they just gave me cash. Definitely won’t be coming back, they simply don’t care about service. Sucks cause Dairy Queen used to be good, they will go out of business soon.

We had a food poisoning after we ate at this place. This was our first meal in that day! so right after that, we started feeling so sick and my son vomited a few hours later, we couldn’t ate anything all day long. Very unhappy and a horrible experience for us. We don’t use to visit this place often but the day we visited this happened 🙁

Dairy Queen has a variety of food and desserts, ranging from burgers and sandwiches to ice cream cones and their main attraction, Blizzards. Today at Dairy Queen, me and my friends, along with my family, got the Blizzards and a few ice cream cones. The Blizzards tasted great and I suggest eating the Blizzards when the weather outside is hot for they are a very good treat that you would absolutely love in the hot summer months (the summer months may not be that hot depending on your location). In my opinion, If you are planning to get a small treat like the Blizzards or the ice cream cones, it is best to do pickup, delivery, or curbside pickup but if you are at Dairy Queen for a big meal, it is best to dine in at the restaurant however, it is your choice what you want to do. Overall, the combination of cold treats and big meals are probably what makes Dairy Queen so unique making it a good place to get quick snacks as well as family meals or just single meals.

Service isn’t great, manager or supervisor doesn’t speak much, just looks quite hostile peering into the kitchen. Overheard the manager asking if some cups we clean or not, the worker wasn’t sure, but they were added to the stack of cups anyway, wouldn’t like to be the guy that got those… shakes are good.

This was my first time taking the kids to DQ & also my first time ever eating at a DQ. We stopped by because my son’s friend told him about a promo on their blizzards so we decided to take a little car ride to get blizzards. While we weren’t able to use the promo because he didn’t get all the details, they guy who was taking the drive-thru orders was honestly one of the nicest amd friendliest staff members at a fast food restaurant (aside from CFA) that I have ever encountered. He gave us some tips on downloading the app for future promos & was just super nice. The blizzards, ice cream cone & onion rings were also great. We will definitely be back!

This is the best dairy queens in the west Houston/ katy area. I have never had an issue at this location, and the portions always make me feel like I get my moneys worth. Better than the Morton , Mason, hwy 6, hwy 90 locations.

I was a bit worried about coming to this Dairy Queen since the reviews were rough – people were saying the service was awful, the place was dirty, and the food was bad. Turns out, Google Maps reviews can be a bit “Karen” sometimes. I just came here with my family, and the ice cream and food were great, just like in the pictures. We were served by a nice Venezuelan guy who was super friendly. And the place was clean! Tables and floors were spotless, nothing out of place. I’d definitely come back again without hesitation.

I ordered a medium sized blizzard. I got halfway through it and the rest was just ice cream. I went back through the line and told the man I ordered from and he proceeded to tell me that it ground up stuff to fine. He threw a couple of extra things in it on top of the ice cream. That is still not a whole blizzard, I won’t be back
