The food seemed reheated and not fresh at all. The chicken was very salty. The toast is very dried out and hard. The fries are not fresh, probably reheated from yesterday. The customer service is not good. I sat a the drive thru over 10 minutes saying “hello, hello” before someone responded. When I received my meal the person was talking to others and never made eye contact. $13 meal was a loss. Dont bother to eat here.

was given a birthday reward for a free select menu item but when i went to redeem they told me app was outdated and they had a new one. so i install this crap and then reward is gone. if it werent for that deal anyways i wouldnt step foot inside this crap place

Their portion for caramel heath cupfection is literally half of what it is on most other locations. And the brownie is stale. At every other location, I’ve had a warm brownie.
This is not an employee‘s fault. It is the owner’s fault because I’m sure the owner of this location is cutting cost.
Needless to say, this is the last time I’m coming here

The food is great and the staff so so nice. Really enjoyed eating here.
The eating areas were clean and well kept. The food was fresh and very well made.
Of course the blizzards are amazing.

Great customer service from the cashier but than a lot of the employees where not wearing gloves while touching the food. My order took about 10 minutes when I order 3 simple things and the meat looks undercooked.

Sandra the world’s bestest cashier did her best stuff today in taking our orders!!! Superfriendly kind polite and quite professional, by far, and such a awesome smile indeed to greet you. And this soft-serve hard-shell medium cone was definitely to the TILTTTT in Servings and their machine is never broke(like at most McDonald)and always ready to put a grin on this chic’s face. Love their $5 for 3 tacos combo and Hubbie’s fav is the chicken streak tenders basket and the Carmel and Heath candy bar shake, we love it here:))))

This is my second visit, husband first and I have to say the food was delicious and prepared fresh for us. Restaurant was very cleanly as well as staff were friendly and prompt with our order and food.The operator was very polite and asked us if everything was okay with our food and that was a great way to make sure everything met quality standards.Kudos to the staff.
