Stopped in for a quick bite. The cashiers just standing as if they did not want to be at work. Learn to smile & great customers, tell them thank you when leaving. The window seals next to glass has dead bugs.

The food is great. The atmosphere is great. However, the location on Aldine Bender needs to post their correct hours. Online or on their website. Online says open until 11pm. Their website says open until 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. However, on Friday 02/20/26, I arrived a few minutes before 10pm, seen cars in the parking lot, and went to the drive-thru. Waited a few minutes, and no one ever answered. I drove through and saw staff inside. I guess they close at 10pm, not 10:30pm or 11pm as posted. Please post your actual hours of operation. I’m sure your customers would appreciate it. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 9:58 PM, before closing time, and waited in the drive-thru while the two cars in front of us were being helped. When it was finally our turn to order, we were told, “I’m sorry, we’re already closed. The car before you was the last one.” This was frustrating because we arrived before 10 PM, and your Google page says you close at 11:00 PM (23:00).
If your hours have changed or you stop taking orders earlier, that should be clearly communicated. Customers shouldn’t be turned away before the posted closing time after already waiting in line.

Food ok. Reconstituted potatoes, but okay. Inexperienced girl added $1 for mustard honey I didn’t ask for, and 29 cents for extra pickles, only–no other place does that!
Somewhat pricey for better quality, like at Whataburger. Ice creams they’re better at doing due to variety.
They offered a free dilly bar if I did a survey, but, whether if it’s an independent owner not participating, it refused to let me complete it. Plus, to refund the honey mustard they wanted to keep the receipt.
Hardly no one dining in.

Just came in with my girlfriend for some banana splits. First off this location was very clean. Even the smell of the restaurant was clean. The cashier was very nice. Our desserts came out quickly and we’ll put together. Great job at this spot!
