Our ice cream was warm and watery/goo. It was completely gross and way too expensive for that. My chocolate sundae had chocolate all over the container, our change, and our receipt. When asking for napkins we received sarcasm. My husband is way too nice. We didn’t ask to have them fix our order since they handed it to us that way they obviously couldn’t be bothered to make sure our ice cream wasn’t melted down goo first. We just won’t be returning to this location ever.

Ordered through the drive thru and was reminded of the friendly customer service that still exists in this world. Nathan took my order and was joyful, attentive and just had superb customer service. As I ate my ice cream in the parking lot, a young man working there ran out to give a customer leaving her wallet. Then another taking out the trash and cleaning the patio. Others also joyfully bringing out orders for other customers. Thank you DQ at this location for a much needed pleasant customer service experience. The little things matter more than you know. Oh and my ice cream was delicious!

I paid over $4 for this medium sundae that isn’t even filled up. I guess I should only get blizzards if I want all of what I paid for. I would’ve had them remake it because I usually have a good experience here, but they were too busy. Anyone know if this is what sundaes look like now because I haven’t had one in years? I would think the tall plastic cover would accommodate for the height of the soft serve.

Taco tuesdays are always advertised as 1$ tacos. Apparently not at this Dairy queen. And it always takes forever. It took over 40 min to order and get 6 tacos and 4 steak fingers. And there was only 1 person in front of us in the drive through. The drive through speaker never works. This DQ needs help…..
Update: theyve gotten worse than taco bell apparently. Stale shells. Empty tacos. At least taco bell advertising isnt false.

This Dairy Queen was very clean inside and out. The manager didn’t speak a whole lot of English but Natalie helped me and was a real company man dealing with service. I ordered a steak basket which was not very good(my palate has changed in the last 20 years since I visited DQ last.) The french fries were hot and very good, hot and crispy. The ice cream was good par usual. The restrooms were clean.

This is the cleanest most friendly DQ I have been to in a long time! I went through the drive through and was asked to park out front while they made our food fresh. I had to use the bathroom while we waited. It was clean and everything I could see from the the lobby was also clean. I spoke with the manager to let the him know I was impressed. He very nice. The food was amazing! I was so impressed!

I’m pretty sure they tampered with me and my son’s blizzard ice cream because the person taking orders can’t hear anything over the speaker at the drive thru so you have to talk loud and clearly for them to hear you. Person taking the order caught an attitude. Girl at the drive thru strangely slowly handed me the blizzard ice cream I’ve gotten many blizzards from here before but in the daytime. We went in the evening this time and when we pulled away my son and I both tasted our blizzards and they taste funny NEVER going to this DQ again and if there are cameras inside management should check tape. Keeping the blizzards frozen to see if either of us begins to feel bad if so getting it tested and suing DQ!!!

This location has been taking orders at the window for weeks. We arrived to get ice cream and stopped at the menu for 8ish minutes. We pulled up to order and got told they got a new speaker and had to turn back around to hop back in line that already had 4 cars waiting. Not once at the menu did we hear anybody greet or say anything on the speaker before we pulled up. We explained we didn’t hear them and they still told us to go back in line and wait at the speaker next time. Terrible customer service. Maybe put a sign on the speaker telling customers to wait because it’s not the norm for this location.
