I’m not sure what this lady’s name is but her service was horrible and rude. I was with my family trying to order blizzards. I ordered a brownie blizzard and she tried to tell me I ordered a heath… I’m not sure how those sound alike. Then she proceed to say that’s not what came out of my mouth… I think I’d know what just came out of mouth!! Not to mention I had already turned off the truck so that she could hear me clearly. I told her “Thank you, never mind I’ll go inside” and she replied with “You’re gonna do what? No, thank YOU for being rude.”

The girl with the skinny messed up eyebrows was very rude, she was working in the drive through didn’t crack not one smile. Gave me and my family attitude for absolutely no reason ! This Dairy Queen needs better employees, Not ones that act like they hate there job ! Do better Dairy Queen !

Whoever is the manager of this establishment needs to check the night workers. We went in ordered three steak finger combos. We didn’t get gravy or fries. I went and told them they said they were making it we sat waiting 20 minutes. My husband then went up and told them they said they gave us everything after I had already spoke to them and they said they would have it right out. Would not refund our money or fix the problem. Because my husband ate his steak fingers. If they can’t do a simple job they don’t need to be there. I have worked fast food and that place was a joke tonight. We would never have treated people like that we will not be back.

Went to the Dairy Queen tonight. Asked for a mini blizzard and a small chocolate dipped cone. When the lady handed me the items they were fully melted and she tried to put napkins around the side distract from the fact that it was pouring out the sides of the cup. The dipped cone was not fully dipped either. I told her that I had a bit of a drive and she shrugged and handed me more napkins. When I got home I had ice cream all over my shirt and car. Very bad experience. I just wanted some late night ice cream. (First photo was taken right after she handed it to me in the drive thru)

This may be the best burger I’ve eaten this year (and I eat them often!). My cousin wanted to go here and I did it to appease her and boy am I glad!! Friendly and efficient service and seriously an exceptional burger (double with cheese, the only way)!

I waited in line for more than ten minutes for one ice water. I called to ask why they didn’t send the car in front off me around the building to wait and they called me an angry customer and said that they only have two people they’re and don’t have time to run an order out to a car. Running the order putt takes two minutes. That’s less time than I spent in the line.
I wasn’t angry, just upset that they weren’t thinking about the customers in the line. I’ve worked fast food and it isn’t that hard too ask someone to pull around then take the order out.

I figured I haven’t had Dairy Queen in about 3 years, and it’s Father’s Day. So i’ve seen this location, and I figured I’d go in and get me ice cream cone with sprinkles. Well the l the young gentleman behind the counter, took my order and everything was fine. Then the lady said we don’t put sprinkles on ice cream cones. telling him not to do it again. So it needs us to say, I get a vanilla cone with no sprinkles. I didn’t want to even ask for my 75 cents back that they charged me for sprinkles
I’ve never heard of that my entire life. Thank you for the unpleasant, visit today. I’d suggest whataburger or Braums that’s where I went after I threw my ice cream in the garbage. They sell a ice cream also that was really good. I would definitely stay away from Dairy Queen.
