Tonight the staff at the Westworth village Dairy Queen went above and beyond. I was going through the drive through,in the hopes of getting the valentines blizzard/ cup cakes and I was informed that they no longer had them. Well the DQ guys told me to come right on inside and they threw it down like cake wars to create some spectacular treats for me and made sure I did not go home dissatisfied. I was one happy customer ! Now that is what I call customer service, thank you guys!!

I am a regular here because of the great food and service. I come through the drive thru when I’m in a hurry because they would get my food out to me so fast, even when I have to pull around to wait for fresh chicken to be made. But I really enjoy going inside and to see my favorite employees Tim, Chris, Maria, and Tammy. If they are there your food will be great.

The cashier had a terrible attitude. We started ordering a “T-Brand taco”, and she acted like she didn’t understand our “English”. She said something like: “Just tell me a number” and when we told her it didn’t have a number, she turned around and said, “1, 2, 3…9.” We were like: “It doesn’t have a number.” The point is, her attitude was awful. I guess she don’t get paid to sell, much less to be friendly or try to be helpful.
We ended up going to Braums, and they understood and help us very well.
I hope you get rid of people like that who, instead of being grateful for having a job, ruin sales for their employer.

This is the second time the ice cream has been bland & half melted. The cookie dough doesn’t even taste like cookie dough. It’s bland.
Also since when did DQ employees start wearing regular street clothes? What happened to the DQ uniforms they wore. I don’t think tank tops & shorts are DQ uniform policy.
Employees on cell phones, leaning against walls, more interested in that than doing their job. Rude too when planes start going over head. Basically screamed at me to hang on when the plane was pretty far back still.

Iconic burger place. They have evolved there menu over time. A staple of small towns in Texas. Great variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, tacos, steak fingers. It’s called dairy queen for a reason. Lots of choices to choose from, whether it’s a cone, sundae, banana split or ice cream sandwich, and more. I always remember getting my strawberry sundae served with an iconic red spoon. Still served that way. So if you’re in the big city or a small country town in Texas, Dairy Queen will satisfy your hunger.

As I walked in, the manager was arguing and cursing at someone in the drive-thru. His demeanor was incredibly unprofessional. It took nearly 5 minutes for the staff to take my order, and the employee who did was unsure of how to enter the food ordered into the computer system. I then waited over 20 minutes for my food to be served, at which point the same manager said to me: “what is this person waiting on that we are taking too long to make?” in a sarcastic tone. My food was overcooked, toast was not buttered and missing condiments. My blizzard was running down the side of the cup. The staff were standing around doing nothing during this time. An incredibly unprofessional staff working, poor quality of food and overall negative atmosphere. Avoid this location and the subpar humans that are employed there. This occurred on 12/16/2025 at 6:50PM. I would highly encourage upper management to look into how this “restaurant” is run.

We came through the drive through for one blizzard and one dipped cone. We waited 12 minutes at the menu before someone took our order, and another 10 to make it to the window, then it took them almost 15 mins to make a dipped cone and a blizzard. Ice cream was good, the wait time was not. If we could’ve driven away from the drive through, we would have, but there’s not a way out.

Cj was the person who took our order and served us, the food was awesome, fresh and yummy… And the birthday cake was TO DIE FOR!
His attention to detail and customer service skills has earned Dairy Queen 5 stars from us!!

We got our food pretty quick. But when we ordered TWO BLIZZARDS, there was only about 3 flavors they still had, and we waited about 15 minutes and still hadn’t gotten them. We went to go check what was going on and they didnt even start on the blizzards. We just left.

Our first time to visit this location. We love DQ Dairy Queen and remember when they sold the ice cream bars, sandwiches from the lowboy freezers. This DQ is a cool design from the ice cream spoons door handles to the flame DQ logo outside lights by the front door. The interior pendant lights are classy and modern. The early evening employees were friendly and helpful. Took our $32 order but when our number was call our order was incomplete. In fact our dude meal was giving to another person and our 2 chicken strips were overcooked. The front counter employee took care of the mistake of the Dude meal and the manager on duty apologized for the overcooked chicken and brought out a basket of fresh chicken strips.
My 8 year old grandson doesn’t remember eating at DQ in the torn down Azle location. So he love the presentation of the Blizzard. We will definitely return to this location.
