I frequent this location very often with my daughters to get them a treat, but will not be returning again after the way I was treated tonight. There was an issue with an item being inedible that should have been easily fixed with replacement or refund. A huge scene was made about it with a cell phone being handed to me to talk to someone. When I handed the phone back, the “manager”?? said to her employee “make her be quiet” referring to me (this is the woman with the raspy voice). I was simply asking why such a big deal was being made and that what was a special time with my daughters was turning into a disappointment over how this was handled. Also, they had an extremely long line that hadn’t been moving much at all since the first time I was in line and were holding up everyone else. At the end, the item was refunded. But the treatment was unacceptable. Side note: One of the employees had pulled her shirt up and was scratching when we were at the window waiting. Not really something that should be done when working in the food industry.

We love coming to this Dairy Queen! We will drive past the one in Waxahachie just to come to this one. The people here are nice & the service is great! The food comes out quick, hot & delicious. The food presentation is really good, too! Great team working here!

So i gave it a second chance. Shame on me. 1130 on Friday lunch time. Room temperature burger. Shouldn’t have eaten it. Sick as a dog.i won’t go back. Nice employees cold food. As I pulled away from the drive I grabbed some fries cold. The drove 2 miles home burger cold not even warm. Really folks. Do better.

Visited this store 10/9/2025 around 8:20 pm. Usually, my number one go to spot when I work in Midlothian, but this particular night per arriving at the window the guy that greeted me was very nice and friendly until he rushed me off by giving me my blizzard and afterwards walked away from the window. Remind you I spent $12 on a #1 burger only and a small blizzard to only get the blizzard and know burger. At this point, I’m waving outside the window a young girl approached the window and I asked her,”was my burger on its way?” She stated give me a second, closed the window and brought a chicken fried steak burger. (which I didn’t order) I did inform her the order was not mine, at this point I asked for the manager and she stated, for what? What do you need? Clearly my food..That was very unprofessional and will be my last time at this location!

I wanted to give a better rating but just couldn’t from the experience we had tonight. The tacos we ordered were basically just shell and a little lettuce. They practically forgot to add meat. We also ordered a blizzard that we had to ask for again as they had forgotten about it and we almost drove away without it. The ice cream cone we ordered was a melting in my husbands hand as they handed it to him and they never even offered to give us napkins. The burger we received wasn’t bad but not great which was the reason I gave another star. I hate giving bad reviews but tonight was just not a great night for this DQ.

We have always loved Dairy Queen! But this time was horrible. Food was trash and for the price definitely not acceptable. Not acceptable anyway but if it was cheaper it would be easier but it cost 12$ a meal an it was horrible. I’m in food service and I have a very high tolerance for things because I understand short staffing and what not. But I will definitely not be returning any time soon if at all

i just waited in line for about 15-20 min. by the time i got to the window, the lady almost handed me a completely melted, messy blizzard. i asked her for it to be remade. she came back with the same blizzard with a lid. i wasn’t able to eat it in the car, it was insanely messy. i drove 5 min home, and had to put it in a bowl. i just paid $6 for ice cream soup thats horrible.

Came in looking for something with a little spice. After a rude encounter at the Alvarado location, (Go see my review posted same day) we were greeted with kindness and care. Brayden understood my want for spicy, but not burning. I asked for pepper jack cheese on my Dude, and she offered a trade of jalapeño ranch instead of Mayonnaise! It was DIVINE, and truly hit the spot. We ALSO got our blizzard upgrade with no fuss!
This is the reason we will now make it a point to come to Midlothian location.

Fast service walking in due to very long drive thru line. The three blizzards were made quite fast to my surprise. The one larger blizzard was just ice cream in the bottom half. Very clean inside.

I will not be attending this establishment ever again i ordered a decent order worth 60$ witch they then told me to pull up to one of the spots in front of their store then they handed my order to another customer witch drove around dug in my food then noticed he had the wrong food he took it back and said wasnt his then the manager brought it to me after knowing the other customer had possession of my food then I ask for it to be re made because I watched the other customer put hands on my meal then they proceed to take eons to re make my order then handle my food with no gloves just bare hands to handle my food then proceed to talk amongst each other instead of putting on gloves nor coming to give us our refund im NEVER re turning here and I suggest everyone do the same
