The Mansfield Dairy Queen takes me back 50 years to my childhood. The old style building is the same as the store that was by my childhood home. The service was great at 8:00 on a Sunday night. Inside was comfortable, and the drive-thru was slammed. The crew that was working on Labor Day Sunday night worked well together and continuously stayed on top of the crowd. I recommend Oreo Blizzard. For some reason, the Blizzards aren’t in the suggestions.

This Dairy Queen is within walking distance of my home and me and my siblings love walking here every Thursday. It is always ice cold in there on the hot summer days. The staff is fast, friendly, and consistent. We love this Dairy Queen!

Waited over 45 minutes for food upgraded food to Large received medium cups and fries. Store is full of kids working and they were arguing in front of us and other customers in the store. Spent 52 and some change just to get home drink was watered down, chicken tenders were not cooked fully. Food was disgusting fries were dry and old tasting. Contacted the store the next day because it was late the “manager” and she was rude and not helpful and rude.

Such a trashy place. We ordered two sundaes and it took 25 minutes. The girl behind the counter said she had been working over 12 hours and they were very behind. Trash everywhere. The place was a disaster. Employees did not care at all. Never to return.

I spent my whole hour lunch break waiting for a chicken taco salad after their POS system not recognizing my card 4 times. Marisa or whoever the cashier was just didn’t care and wasn’t helpful at all. All the condiments are in a case only thing should’ve been prepared to order was the chicken and it only takes a few minutes to grill chicken. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed

My food was served hot and it’s very good I love Dairy Queen. My only suggestion is to try to move your line a bit faster because I waited 20 minutes to order with only two cars in front of me. There was a customer who was blocked in by the waiting cars by the drive thru who couldn’t leave until the line moved because we were too packed together bumper to bumper and there was over 4 cars wrapped behind me. I give the food 5 stars but the wait is a bit long for people who have to go to work like myself.
