Mess up orders every time we come. I went through the drive thru and ended up with a lettuce and mustard sandwich for $9. How do you miss putting meat on the burger?? The next time we came they forgot the ice cream after going up to the counter twice and being told they forgot and would make it now. Finally got it and it was 2/3 full. I tried scanning the “free treat” barcode and did the survey but was told the app was down so it wouldn’t work. It worked but they wouldn’t honor the survey code. The lobby was freezing and we ended up taking the food to go.

The tacos were very skimpy and the fries tasted not cooked. The blizzard is not what I wanted. It was the worse experience ever. I told her I wanted a banana split blizzard and she said it wasn’t possible and I’ve gotten one forever. She didn’t make my chicken strips buffalo until I had to ask. Her name is Kaitlin Galloway. She is not a good employee. I paid for basically a terrible experience. Do not go to this location. They don’t care about you coming back as a repeat customer.

Food was a let down. Haven’t eaten at dq in years. Def not the taste I remember but what else is new post covid??? Everything everywhere has continued going down hill since. Higher prices lower quality. Nachos cheese highly artificial taste. Texas toast barely toasted, not much butter. Blizzard good as usual though thankfully. Thirty dollars on 3 items is crazy LOVE THE MUSIC CHOICE THOUGH. Contemporary Christian music. Staff was nice although I was missing items from my order that I had to go back up to the counter to get.

Beware those who order Doordash or Uber Eats from Dairy Queen. Tonight, I placed an order around 6:15 pm. I received a partial order at 6:45. I ordered 5 items and only received 2 items. The ticket said 5 items. I called the Uber Eats driver and he said that’s what the restaurant gave him. I tried calling the restaurant. The first 2 times, it went straight to voice mail. The third time, the manager answered and put me on hold. I was on hold at least 5 minutes. I hung up and went there. I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. She was because I had ordered through “Doordash” I would have to wait till all the other customers were served. I told her that she should take care of one customer before proceeding to another since I had already ordered and received an incomplete order. She kept stating that I would have to wait till they took care of all the other customers. I kept telling her that I had already waited. She told me to leave the premises. I never cussed or talked ugly to anyone. Bad service. I can’t really review the food because I never received the food. I advise not to order through food delivery services from Dairy Queen.

Came here to eat dessert with friends after dinner. Definitely one of the best service experiences I have had at any fast food restaurant: I did not get their names but the two ladies working Saturday January 10th around 6:00 pm were helpful, quickly took our orders, and even came over to our table and handed each of us our food, all with a very friendly demeanor too. Inside area was very clean as well. I would definitely come back to this location!

First time in a very long time since I visited a DQ. The cashier was very friendly and patient with us. We ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger combo and Hamburger Kids Meal. We substituted both drinks with Blizzards. My kids enjoyed their food.
I am impressed by their Cakes & Treats store.

If I could give this restaurant location negative stars I would. Customer service is horrible, there’s one manager that’s rude and doesn’t know anything. I recently got a burger from here and the patty was completely burnt. I called back up to the restaurant to explain what happened and was told to come back for a refund. (I had already explained I was not given a receipt but have the charge on my banking app). Mind you, I had to wait on my order for a while and was asked to “scoot up to the yellow line” to wait. The person I spoke with told me to come back and he’d be able to help. I came back the next day, me and my new born, and instead of being helped was told nothing can be done. I asked if the manager on duty could reach out to the manager from the previous night and he stated acting incompetent saying he doesn’t know who the managers are. Like huh??? You don’t know your store managers?
Needless to say, I won’t be returning due to the horrible communication and experience.

All I can say is “Terrible”
It all started with a premade cake. We just wanted a message on it so someone took it to the back and brought it back out some of the ugliest cake wording I’ve ever witnessed in real life.
We say we don’t like the wording and they say we should come back at 1 because their cake artist will be there then.
We come back after 1 and they said their artist isn’t there and hand us back the cake but they fill in the top with Oreos without asking us. They said we should go to Walmart and they would be able to put the wording on the cake.
#1. Why would you take the cake to the back if you know you’re not a cake designer? #2. Why would you put those Oreos on top without asking if it was okay to do so? We paid for it. #3. If you were going to do what you wanted with this cake and you basically ruined the look of it, why wouldn’t you offer a new ready made cake?
Dairy Queen, do better.

The food was fine but service is AWFUL! The drive thru attendant took forever to come to the window (no customers inside and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru) and when she finally did, the only thing she said to us was the total. Nothing else…even dropped our receipt out the window. It was such an awkward, unfriendly experience for a 3pm ice cream trip.
