When I come to DQ and order a Large Fry and a triple buster combo I expect to get an actual large Fry!! Don’t get me wrong the food is still great but I just want an actual large fry when i order my food. Normally I would not post about it or just say “oh they are having a bad day or their just not feeling it today” but you know after the 4th time coming to this DQ over the past 3 months and not getting what I paid for is starting to tick me off! Please give every customer what they pay for!

Went to get some ice cream. Asked for the limited time blizzard flavor, told they didn’t have stuff for it. Asked for 2 more flavors: nope, don’t have those either. Had to get an ordinary flavor, my 4th choice. Service was ok, but not overly helpful or apologizing at all.

All these chips left. Only had enough cheese for 5 chips. Such a joke

I ordered a blizzard and got a sprinkle.. Not only did they have ice cream leaking all over the sides, but I paid for extra toppings to be added to the bottom of the blizzard. Didn’t have anything in the bottom. With this type of service I see why so many DQ’s are closing.

We hesitated to pull into a five-car line. Ice cream, after all, seemed a trivial reason to delay our outing for dozens of minutes on a Spring Monday at rush hour. We would not have stopped except that the soft serve was a promised treat to elicit good behavior from the children in the vehicle.

However, we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line progressed. A friendly teenager passed a variety of frozen treats out to us less than ten minutes after we arrived.

We got two cones, two shakes, and two blizzards for just under $20.00.

Fast friendly, and true to the brand, the new Dairy Queen does justice to a nineteenth century staple of Texas culture.

I called down to the local D.Q. in kilgore to place our order so there wouldn’t be a wait and so we could run in and run out and not be in the way. We’ll whoever answered the phone put me on hold and never returned. Finally I hung up and tried calling back but it said it was busy. I did not appreciate that one bit.

I ordered a banana split and all it was was vanilla ice-cream with some chunks of coconut and chocolate syrup with a banana. That is not a banana split. Definitely will be going to the mom and spot place for now on.

food is average, love the ice cream and blizards but this location is slower than normal and if you do drive through, they just have you pull up to the waiting area to artificially improve their numbers, but all fast food does this.
