Front desk lady was RUDE. everytime we tired to order she would turn her back to us and completely ignore us! A different guy had to come over and help us multiple times even tho he was working the drive thru. and on top of that she was helping people that came in after us but wouldn’t help us!!! She was also pretty rude to an elderly woman all over some pennie’s. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
other than that the food was delicious, nice and hot, and excellent!!!

we came to this specific one because my boyfriends grandma used to take him there as a kid and he has been missing her but that lady made it a bad experience when he’s never had a bad experience with his grandma. she needs better customer service or she doesn’t need to work in fast food!!!!! all we wanted was some ketchup.

Went through the drive through not even 10 mins ago. 7 blizzards that I paid for, no drink holder. By the time I drove less than 5 mins home my car now needs to be detailed and is covered in ice cream. No logs? No drink holders? Nothing? Been in the hospitality industry for 14 years, honestly that was just a jerk move and a lack of care for customers.

We ger carry-out all the time at DQ, always been very good. Today was way off. The toast was not a bite it was a pulling apart, then couldn’t chew, the chicken strips were way dark. Had hard time biting,gave that up ,pulled. They were way over cooked, from now on look before you leave.

Came in the afternoon and the guy behind the counter was very kind and friendly. He served our food and suggested other items to go with our meal. The place is very clean and honestly probably one of the best DQ’s I have ever stopped in on a road trip. The bathroom was clean and the food was hot.

Ive always put a blizzard on my combos and now all of a sudden you cant do that. Then you make me wait 20 minutes for one 4 piece chicken, that is ridiculous. If its gunna take that long warn me before i pay cause i only get 30 minutes for lunch and yall screwed me

I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes. One order was taken (the driver in front of me). When it was finally my turn to place my order the employee said they would be right with me. I waited another 9 minutes and asked what is taking so long as there was only the driver ahead of me left in line and at the window. The rude employee came back and said they were short handed and I need to be patient. The driver ahead of me got their food and drove away. I waited another 8 minutes and no one EVER took my order. There was a line of four cars behind me and three cars parked in the parking lot. I wasted 29 minutes and couldn’t even get my order taken. Worst experience at this location. EVER.

Spent over $30 for two meals. The food was old and cold. The fries were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The toast with my chicken strips was even stale. The drink machine has black gunk all over it. The cups we were given were dirty and damaged. The staff were not friendly and you could watch them wiping their faces and noses with their hands while prepping the food. I would not recommend eating here if you value cleanliness or fresh tasty food.
