Give me a apron and a hat and I promise my service will be 1000 times better than what I jsut experienced!! SOON AS WE WALK IN NO ONE IS IN THE RESTAURANT AT ALL, soon as we get un a guy at the front counter is just staring at me and im smiling say hey he completely ignores me so I said hey again again he ignored me then he was absolutely no help in with helping me with the app his service is very freaking dry and just made me want to leave honestly. Please pick better ppl to work at a damn ice cream spot or find a better job flat out there’s no way u selling ice-cream with a attitude like that. I see why the place so empty lmaoo yeah just give me a job ill do 100 times better than that. 0.5/ 10 stars

27 minutes it took from the time I ordered to get to the window. Only 4 cars in front of me with not that crazy of orders. To my shock I get to the window and only 2 people are working. After I paid the guy told me “can you park in that parking spot this is going to take a while for your order”. All I ordered was a chicken strip basket and some nachos. This was also at 8:00 at night on a Friday. Please close this location down it’s a disgrace.

I haven’t tried the food but I love going for the ice cream. The brownie Oreo cupfection is one of my faves. However, today I was disappointed in how little ice cream was in the cup. Not to sound like a fatty but today was my one cheat day and for the expensive price, I feel like it should’ve been a full cup of ice cream. I see the empty holes in the bottom. I kid you not, these pics are how it looked before I took a bite. It’s never looked this skimpy before. Hopefully, they train the staff to make them correctly.

Dairy Queen – Wow, what a treat! My wife and I stopped by for a sweet pick-me-up, and we both got medium vanilla cones . The staff was super friendly and welcoming , making the whole experience even better! Our cones were the perfect size and soooo creamy . We’ll definitely be back for more ice cream goodness!

This DQ used to worth driving from McKinney to (cause ALL of McKinney’s DQs are terrible).
This location has unfortunately fallen into that category. Two experiences in a row have been far less than acceptable. The first through the drive thru where all of our food was old, cold, and hard. The second was the night I’m writing this where we waited for over 20 minutes for food and then it was old and wrong, so we got a refund and left. There was one employee actually trying to keep things together (the girl with lollipop earrings and hearts on her cheeks) she is a keeper. The rest of the crew this night was either on their phone or had no idea what they were doing.
For years this DQ was one of the best I’ve ever been to, but those days are gone. I can only assume there was a change in management.
I highly recommend avoiding this location.

My Mom picked up a cake for my Grandma’s birthday, she asked for some caramel and fudge to be added and the words ‘Mom and Grandma’ to be added. How disappointing to see to the absolute lack of care or skill that was put into adding the words onto the cake. If you are not capable of doing it and making it look even vaguely legible or presentable you should have said that! It seems obvious that the fudge and caramel were too warm to stay on the cake. Could someone have mentioned that would be the case? Or is the staff so uniformed they were not aware it would literally melt off the top? I cannot even begin to express the level of disappointment I have with this experience. I would like to point out my mother did not mention anything at the time of purchase because she didnt want to cause a fuss. She paid for the cake and left. It tasted fine. We will not be back nor will recommend this location to others.

This review has nothing to do with the service I received at this location. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I purchased a simple hot dog with ketchup mustard and onions and the quantity of the food was horrible. It looked like I ordered a vena sausage that was cooked in the microwave. The fact that I paid $4 for a hot dog is crazy and then the quality not matching the price is diabolical. Dairy Queen please do better. I work hard for my money!

They were pretty fast to get the colossal lines down, and my food was finished cooking and given to me even before i got my change… But the food wasn’t worth the price. A little over 8 dollars for a drink, small fry, and a grilled chicken sandwich. Every thing was small about it. I miss the 90s when we could pretty much order an entire menu and get what we paid for. It was nice and hot however, and there was a good amount of flavor in the grilled chicken.. I’ll probably only be back for the blizzards once in awhile, or whatever else is cheap.
