Bought the cheesy dude and there wasn’t any cheese on it. Had to argue with the cashier that there was suppose to be 2 slices of pepper Jack cheese on it and show her pictures. I just wanted the cheese. There was no need to remake it. When I got the new sandwich they only put one piece of cheese on it. The young man that makes the blizzard was super amazing.

This is a nice place with nice & polite people. I haven’t eaten in a DQ in YEARS! I only ordered a country chicken basket. The strips were fine, but the fries were cold. I watched a young lady come in to start her shift. She started working without washing her hands! It made me start wondering what other corners are being cut on a daily bases. It’ll be YEARS before I’ll eat DQ again, because of this!!!! I would like to try something else, but I’m not sure I’d want to risk my health.

If u want to wait 20 minutes for strips while the drive thru workers eat ice cream and scroll down social media in the lobby this is your best bet. This girl was rude and didn’t even acknowledge the issue at hand. I recommend taking your family to a different Dairy Queen to enjoy.

Trash! Will never go to again. Ordered a brownie & oreo cupfection. I got ice cream and brownie/oreo separated in a cup. No chocolate syrup nor anything blended. Had to go back in to ask for chocolate & received straight attitude from the child behind the counter. Guess I will blend it myself now that I’m home!

Who gives you a blizzard drink with no lids. This is sloppy service, with no customer care. We drove 10 minutes to get these treats only to be given this sloppy presentation.

Double Cheese Burger:
Other than the fact that I got my order completely wrong, it’s your typical DQ burger with cheese. DQ: “How do you want your burger?” ME: “Everything on it mustard no ketchup and no tomatoes.” DQ: “Ok, we’ll have that right out.” Now normally I would guess that the items listed on the checkout slip are things NOT to be put on. Otherwise you’d have receipt madness when people say they want everything! However from the looks of what I got…? I’m not sure why lettuce is listed here as I neither said put it on or take it off? I’m guessing my cashier was just making her own burger regardless of what I, the customer asked for? To tell you the truth I’d probably do the same thing if I worked fast-food. I’d be all like, “Shut up! You don’t know what you want and that’s why you came to us. God I hate my job! Here, let’s make you this. You look like the typical fatass that needs some vegetables in your life. What else? OH! To go with the “healthy” parts, let’s put something opposite. KETCHUP! Filled with sugar and other needless stuff is what you want. I know you said mustard, but that’s got fewer calories in it…fatass. Theeeeere you gooooo.” I’d be fired really quickly I bet, but what fun it would be.

Went on a Saturday night at around 8:30PM there were only 3 workers (1 cleaning around the restaurant, 1 running the register and drive thru and 1 cooking in the back). Waited about 8 minutes to even place our orders which were to-go. They did make our blizzards right away but since they were to go we weren’t eating them right away and ended up waiting another 30 minutes to get our food which was just chili cheese fries and a kids chicken tender meal. The lights in the front were off (seemed broken) so the restaurant was very dim and the AC felt like it wasn’t working and it was hot inside the restaurant. There was a family who ordered right before us and their food sat in the window for about 10 minutes and no one said their food was ready, I pointed the food out to the family and they went up and asked about it and it was indeed their food. We were unable to use the freestyle drink machine and had to have the drinks filled in the back, which is not a problem but they were out of certain drinks in the back. The one worker who was working the registers seemed frustrated and was running around trying to do everything. My husband also watched the employee in the back preparing the food wash her hands with her gloves on and proceeded to keep the gloves on and just dry them off and go prepare more food.
