Went to DQ on our way home tonight. First off the girl taking my order wasn’t very inviting. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Next while I was waiting another lady came in to complaint about her order the night before. So on the way home I grabbed a couple of the “extra crispy” fries I had ordered but instead I grabbed limp cold rubbery fries. I called to let the manager know as she had just had a complaint. I was not going to drive back across 287 and fight traffic over a few french fries. We get home to find a cold hamburger and steak sandwich. I had to put more mayo as my steak sandwich looked so dry then the pinch of lettuce made me laugh. My husband opened his hamburger to the same pinch of lettuce, even less onion, and so said it was so dry he almost couldn’t eat it. Now on a good note the coke was good. This is one place I will never go back to. Horrible!! I took a picture of my food but can’t post it.

The food was good and not too pricy. Workers were nice and fast enough. The resturant itself is showing lots of wear (loose bench, and wobbly table) the ladies’ restroom was questionable- one of the toilet seats was missing chunks and the floor was stickier than a movie theather. But over all a good food stop on a drive.

Unwelcoming, employee seemed annoyed with me even being there. They made me go grab my own order from behind the counter. When I went to go grab it, there was a huge roach on my cup. It was crawling off the cup onto the tray, I was disgusted. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat the food I ordered.

Just ate here yesterday and the girl at the window is a genius, she handed us the drinks and called out what drink it was so no one got confused as to what drink was theirs. I wish every employee was like that at every restaurant at the window. Anyhow I ordered the taco salad and it was delicious. I’d come eat here all the time if I didn’t live so far away. 5 stars from me.

Went through drive through for a soda and cone . Service was rude didn’t even tell me the price . Waited almost 10 mins just to take my order in cause no one answered the drive through speaker . Wasn’t happy with the whole experience. Blizzard was nearly runny and my Dr Pepper tasted bad , don’t plan on coming here again .

Sat in line for exactly 30 minutes and was almost given the wrong oder. When I got my order the drinks were wrong, the taco shells were stale and apparently they don’t know what no tomatos means. After picking all the tomatos off I had barely anything left in my taco. The pic shows how much I had to pick out will not ever go back to this one. I will go to Midlothian. Good enough experience with the drive through in the late evening hours. I like that they’re open till midnight most nights. Can’t go wrong with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard! (I believe the prices for the Waxahachie location are higher than the nearby Red Oak one though….)
