This DQ is always clean. The outside area is well taken care of and is not just for kids, it has games for parents as well. The staff is young but very friendly. They want to make you feel at home and, in my opinion, go out of the way to do so. The food here is pretty good too. I always get the Dude but this time I had the nachos. It did not disappoint. My wife and I go out of the way to visit this DQ because it is so good.

Probably the worst hamburger I’ve ever had!
Haven’t eaten at Dairy Queen in a while. The patty is so thin & dry! A hamburger is supposed to be hot fresh and juicy this one was room temperature and just awful never again! And the banana split, not sure what that was they gave me but doesn’t look like a Dairy Queen banana split to me! And two dollars for nuts are they nuts? And I don’t remember them putting whole peanuts on banana split! Dumb!

The ice cream was pretty good considering my past experience because it wasn’t melted this time. But last night when me and my boyfriend went there to get late night dinner, I got a sauce and tossed chicken tender basket and he got a belt buster double. An hour later his stomach started hurting. He got food poisoning from the burger. I know it was the burger that caused it because I was fine after eating my food. Idk who made the burger but it tasted old and dry. I don’t think we will be coming back to this location because I’d prefer it if the burger is, idk, freshly made.

Food is not too bad as long as the man who wears ONE glove is not there. Service is not that great, the teenagers often have a bad attitude and I’ve witnessed how they play and treat other employees. The head manager is rude and talks to her coworkers with great disrespect. I go in there often and see how the adults act like children in a work environment.

When we first got there they were helping a lady get a drink. We walked up to the counter 5 young men working nobody ever asked us if we were ready to order. We watched them talk to each other one asked if the register was working one said no.They never asked if they could help us 10 mins . We walked out.

Tried ordering on the app but there is no way to order the blizzard the way I like on the app! I tried ordering a heath and snickers blizzard with extra heath and extra snickers however the app only lets you choose 1 flavor then you can only add the add in once not twice.
I decided to go to the store and since the line was super long, I went in where I saw a tea picture sitting on the counter with tea all around it on the counter, trash on the floor and the middle of the restaurant blocked off. I ordered 2 blizzards and 3 tacos which took over 30 minutes to finally get. When the girl handed the blizzards to me, I had to wipe them down myself and ask for 2 extra cups. Then she was washing her hands and asked me if I needed something and I said yea my tacos! I went to my truck and when I took the lid off, my console of my truck and my hands were covered in blizzard!!! I was livid to say the least. I will not be going back there again!!

They made the most disappointing banana split I have ever seen. Barely any ice cream in it. And the ice cream was melted. Whipped cream wasn’t appealing either rotten spots on the bananas too. The restaurant tables weren’t clean either.

Stopped by this DQ shortly after noon for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food were freshly made and hot. The dining room was spacious and well air-conditioned. This is an ideal place to get food and cool off before your next leg of your trip.

I was in Athens and accidentally did a mobile order for the wrong location, which was Gun Barrel City. When I realized it as soon as I hit the pay button, I tried to cancel my order, but wasn’t given that option. I then called the Gun Barrel store and explained what happened. I asked if they could write my name down and let me pick it up the next day since I had already paid for it, but had to work in Athens, and couldn’t get there that night. She said if the order came through that she would, and I told her that they already took the money off my card, so it went through. She said it takes a while sometimes, but if it does, I will make a note with your name. This was on the 25 th of September. My money is still gone, but my name never got written down.
