I’m not one to leave a review most the time but being as my work recently moved near this place and I’ve been eating here a little more frequently. They really need to work on getting orders right becuase the last 3 times I’ve gone they short me something and shame on me for forgetting to check the bag at this point before I leave the drive thru but this shouldn’t have to be something I have to do in the first place. PLEASE GET PEOPLES ORDERS RIGHT MORE OFTEN. Especially Embarrassing considering I was the only customer at the shop this time. I got the pretzels with queso, except I have no queso. so thanks for the dry pretzels I guess

The burger looked just like the picture. The bun was fluffy and the veggies were stacked high. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and tomatoes were perfect, it all went well with the crispy bacon. Fries were crispy and good. Customer service was awesome. The guy at the drive through was polite and professional.

We’ve watched Dairy Queen change over all these years; from where we could walk a few blocks to enjoy a summer treat to currently. Drive through only – due to the global ‘staffing’ problems – this is not their fault. But a drive through is easy and they’ve done a good job transitioning. We knew the original owners who decided to take the risk of purchasing a franchise; to the current owners who work hard and seem to keep things running despite the new modern challenges of rising costs to business and staffing. The food is what you’d expect from any Dairy Queen – and really? who doesn’t love soft serve ice cream?

10 mins ago, you had me pay over $14 for a chicken strip basket. The strips are cold, maybe 10 fries and the toast-it is supposed to be toasty not hours old soggy eww. If I get sick, you better be ready.

I don’t love leaving reviews, but being that I spend a fair amount of money at this location, Id just like to say that the staff outside of Doc and the staff he normally works with are complete and utter trash. I was asked nine times over the intercom what sauce I wanted for my chicken. I repeated, each time as nicely as possible, honey mustard. I grabbed my to go order and made it all the way to my destination before realizing some of my order was missing and there was absolutely no sauce or ketchup in the bag. I always go above and beyond to tip the servers because I know that working drive-through is not an ideal money maker. I guess I’m just more disappointed than pissed off. Will not be going back for the foreseeable future. Bummer is such a small town.

Edit: This location takes mobile orders now! Complaining works! I forgot to mention the staff I have dealt with are very friendly. When I ordered on the app it did take like 3 times to accept it but it did let me order and they had my order ready very quickly.

Says drive thru is open till 10 pm…it’s not, was just there at 9:40pm and got a message saying it’s closed.

Hands down the best food experience in the entire valley! Staff is amazing, polite and always smiling. Food is always hot and tasty! Come to Whitefish for your Dairy Queen fix!!
