Their was a girl ( the only transgender individual the only one that works there with pig tails wearing a cap and square glasses) was so rude and beyond disrespectful I left feeling so upset and absolutely disgusted with the customer service skills that she displayed. I was asking what this certain dessert was called and her and one other co worker were absolutely no help and not only laughed at my speech impediment, but also threw my money at me that it almost got blown away in the wind! I did nothing to this person to be treated the way I was treated and just because she was having a bad day doesn’t make it OK at all. I I’m saddened by this because I visit this location frequently and never had an issue let alone one like this. I will not be returning back to this location and hope the manager can see this and acknowledge the wrong doing that was done here. I never leave reviews but she was SO rude and SO unprofessional that I needed to express what happened today while I was there. She needs to be disciplined or reprimanded because I did nothing wrong. All I wanted was two desserts and she made fun of the customer, threw change at the customer, and talked disrespectful that it should be the managers priority to try and make this right. I’ve never been this upset in a long time, that I can tell you.

I’ve been coming here twice a week on summer nights for years. My schedule causes me to order at later at night. On Friday I arrived at 9:45 (closing is 10) and the open sign was lit up. There was a line gathering and we looked around at each other because no one came to the window. I could see four people in the back chatting.
Tired of waiting, a lady knocked on the window loudly. A young girl came to the window and opened it. She stated they had closed because “those three back there have to leave and that leaves only two of us and we need to clean up.” I stepped in and said last summer there was only one guy who closed all by himself and he didn’t have any trouble staying open until closing. The employee then became flustered and said “we have stuff to do!” I asked if it was because it was Friday and she wanted to go out with friends. She shut the window on me. I miss that hard working guy from last year. Ended up going to McDonalds for a cone.

I HAVE NEVER, EVER in my 40 years on Earth had such a rotten experience at any eatery. My husband and I were treated HORRIBLY by some snippy young woman with dark hair and glasses. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger combo and paid it for, and we had to go beg for his order!! They didn’t make it, or serve it. We eventually got his meal about 30 minutes later. Meanwhile, all the workers are huddled up having a chit chat, and being rude and nasty everytime you come up and ask for something, like a spoon!! Disgusting customer service.

After ordering i can see why reviews are so bad, the customer service is possibly the worst I’ve ever experienced. Seriously, if you hate your job just quit, there’s no need to treat every person that comes to the window like they’ve interrupted a private Billie ellish concert you paid millions of dollars for. Cashier was rude and short. Had An attitude and would literally rather be anywhere else in the world. Although I dont know why I’m leaving this review, as multiple other people have had the same issue and all the owner can say is “sorry bout your experience, give us another chance” lol.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the window to take my order and they never showed up. It was 6:30 PM on Friday afternoon in July so they were definitely open.

service quality was poor and we received the incorrect sizes. when we made an attempt to correct the size, staff simply shook their heads and left. i ordered one small and one medium blizzard and it added up to 23 dollars. i paid with gift cards and they provided me with a receipt that did not contain any information regarding the price of the blizzards.
overall, the experience was extremely poor and i neither plan on nor recommend getting ice cream here.

The service here was the worst I have had in a very long time! The gal that took our order slammed the window on us when we went around the corner to look at the menu to see what we wanted to order. When we placed our order she was very rude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there at all. When we got our food we asked if they had fry sauce, she said we don’t have that and just slammed the window again and walked off. The food was okay. Would definitely recommend that the manager rethink your hiring of the gal that waited on us this day!

The food is great, the only thing I dislike about it is the cashier. She was rude and acted like this towards me but not the other customer that was there. She interrupted me and tossed my food in the counter. I said thank you and she slammed the window shut. I don’t think her hating her job or her life should give her the right to be rude to the people that keep her employed. She just had a bad attitude.

I have had 2 awful experiences here. First time I had a buy one get one free small shake coupon and decided to get 2 small vanilla malt shakes. The guy at the front (scary and mean) told me I had to pay the extra for the malt powder in the shakes which was fine since the coupon was for shakes and not malts. I asked if I would still get the deal and he just took the coupon from me and I assumed rang it in. At the end of my order he told me my total(~16 dollars) and I was confused but paid anyway(I had used 2 other coupons aswell) I got my receipt and found out that he charged me for both shakes. Then when I got my shakes 1 was decent and the other was just malt and milk. Horrible and really gross.

My dad got a hot fudge blizzard with malt and they made him a shake so when he asked them to correct it they just dumped the shake in a blizzard cup and told him it was runny because of the hot fudge. Then I got a vanilla malt shake and not only was it again basically milk and malt, there was so much malt powder I couldn’t take more than a sip. It was horrible and the malt was chunky and gritty and I’m sure expired. My dad always tips well no matter the circumstances but the man(same scary, grumpy mean one) and his other female counterpart seemed annoyed and bothered when my dad asked for his to be fixed. Like it wasn’t them to messed up his order.
Will never go back and don’t ever want to go back.
