I only go here for ice cream and my standard order is a small vanilla cone. DQ ice cream is my all- time favorite, however today what I received was some sort of soft serve that was DEFINITELY NOT my beloved Dairy Queen ice cream.
First, the color. This soft serve was a creamy white not the normal bright white. I literally took my sun glasses off to look at it as I thought my glasses were affecting the color appearance.
Second, the texture. It had a distinct texture, not the normal silky smooth texture. You could see it and feel it as you ate it. Perhaps ice crystals.
Third, the taste. The taste was also off. While it was okay when you were eating it, it was not the same, AND it left a weird aftertaste.
It is my hope that they were in a situation that they had to use a substitution and that it is temporary. If not, I willbe done with this location.

The food is pretty good. Ice cream is tasty. It costs $7+ for a medium blizzard, and they don’t really overfill the cup much like most places. They get orders wrong fairly often.

Poor service, worker was more worried about pleasing his little girlfriends who came in after us. Our ice cream was soup when we got it and after leaving we realized we never got our drinks. It took 35 minutes to get two chicken strip meals.

Just ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard and a caramel moolate. We received a blizzard with snickerdoodle “flavor” but clearly had chocolate chip cookie dough bits. The moolate was a malt… just a caramel malt. Ew.
This location has really gone downhill. Can’t believe we just wasted our money here after wanting to go out and get a nice treat.

Stood in line and watched employees serve those standing right in front of us. Walked 2 more feet forward to the window and the employee told us that they were unable to take an order because they needed to close because of the events downtown for Western Days. When I asked why they served people standing right in front of us, they said again that they should have even closed sooner.
I guess this establishment doesn’t want business and doesn’t train employees in customer service. I will not be back…

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If I could give it negative stars, I would! Worst service EVER and food was NOT GOOD! Visited today and waited over 30 min for my food, only to find out they had ran out of gravy for my chicken strip basket and they didn’t have the grilled chicken I had ordered and gave me a crispy chicken instead . This information wasn’t given when I placed my order. If I would have known, I would have gone elsewhere. I also watched other people come and complain about their food not being right. Staff argued and bickered at each other right in front of the window where we could see and hear the whole conversation. They didn’t have a clue what orders they had filled or needed to fill. The cook which I overheard was the “manager” kept coughing into her hand and I never once saw her wash her hands nor put on some gloves. The girl who took my order was also very rude. This is all happening as the restaurant isn’t even busy at all. The staff was also on their phones and seemed bothered they had to put it down to talk to customers. Never stopping here again!

I have no idea who you are. I also did not get any kind of treat. I’m not sure what you are talking about! This place is ridiculous. They can’t keep track of all the customer complaints apparently.

Waited for over 40 minutes for the order. The fries were soggy, unseasoned, and uncooked. The chicken strips and burger were also soggy and nearly raw. The employee said they were very busy yet there were no cars in the drive thru and only about 1-2 customers in there. Asked for sauce, said they didn’t have any. Never have I been to a more unprofessional place and never coming back. This place needs to shut down. Period.

This place is not only disgustingly dirty, the food is as well. We ordered a hotdog and fries, and drinks. Took them minutes for the kid to not overfill the cups. Waited another ten to get a cup of milk that wasn’t even half full. Stood there watching them fill all window and drive through orders. Ignoring I was standing there inside waiting. I had to ask for the food. The hot dog looked like it wasn’t even real, half was so discolored and shriveled up, the other part looked like air had hit it for twenty years. They gave me the hot dog. I stood there another 15 minutes here said “oh the owner/cook made the wrong size. When they brought the large fry out (about 6 fries) , I almost lost it. They were so hard and inedible. Sat down at the filthy and when I say filthy tables and walls, filthy is a mild term. This place needs shut down, not only for sanitary reasons, but incompetence. They couldn’t even couldn’t 32 cents in change. I would rather drive two hours out of my way then EVER go back.

My blizzards have always been good here, but please fix the drive thru, your employees are having a hard time hearing customers through the microphone along them to pull up to the window to order. This is not efficient business.
