Red Velvet Blizzard is back and it’s yummy. My only complaint is I grabbed a bbq chicken finger basket with gravy and the gravy is normally white gravy but this time was old and turning brown, thick, old and just didn’t taste like gravy. The kids that work there are good high school students and pretty respectful. One bad gravy won’t stop me from eating DQ.

It’s been too many times now to be a fluke in the service, but last 10 times we have said it’s our last time going there. Never a line and usually takes an oddly long time just for ice cream. Also have tried using gift cards that have worked before and all they say is “doesn’t work”. Quite poor service in my eyes. Even been the wrong order last handful of times. Should really get some management that cares in there. Wish was better being we enjoy our cold treats but guess will need to go out of town or to dairy inn from now on.

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The fries were cold, the chicken strips were uncooked and the burgers were frozen on the inside and made sloppily. I used to work there and the kitchen is absolutely disgusting and a mess. None of the workers barely know what they’re doing and haven’t been trained. Maybe they’ve improved since then but based off my experience all the food was terrible.

Disgusting!! Waited in line 45minutes. Ordered a chili dog and fish sandwich. Was asked if we wanted to make that a meal, but how can it be a meal when they were out of fries and onion rings at 12:15 in the afternoon. What a joke! So, we get our food if that’s what you want to call it, was dried out and no extra sauce that was asked for on the sandwich and no extra onions on the chili dog. If you are a franchise owner, shame on you!!! And please do not send the same pathetic message back to me as you have done to everyone else!! JUST FIX IT!!! And I would really appreciate my money back for your lack of appreciation for the customer!!!

Terrible service. I was there with 4 other people. My MIL asked for a burger, a burger with nothing but Mayo and it was repeated back to her. The worker asked if she wanted to make it a meal (ie fries) and my MIL said sure. When she got the food, there was no burger and no fries and they were arguing with my MIL about that they didn’t have it on their screen, like it was her fault. When ordering the blizzards, I ordered a mini and out of the other 4 people in my group, I was the last one to get my order, even though I ordered first. Also your workers were behind the counter swearing and one of them was only wearing a sports bra and shorts.

Absolutely horrible service.
Hamburger were literally unbeatable.
Many times we have gone there and the lights have been off when they are still open.
Very young unsupervised staff.
Have actually even seen them close 20 minutes to a half hour early. Please fix the night staff with people who care. .

I believe the bun on my burger should had been toasted would’ve been much better! Over all cleanliness was acceptable, service was fast and friendly, even though I’m pretty positive the employee was alone, she did a excellent job!

Waited for over 10 minutes at the drive thru for food after ordering only to find that 2 out of 4 items was wrong (no dressing or silverware for my wife’s salad (I know, who gets a salad at DQ) and my burger had onions which I specifically asked to have removed). Maybe this is a mostly treat only DQ? I felt bad for the long line of cars behind us. In their defense, there was a sign that said they were short staffed.

Stopped here for a late supper. We intentionally stopped here because online it showed they were open until 9:30 instead of 9pm in Zumbrota. Upon arrival all the signs were lit up, but nobody answered drive thru so i pulled up to the window. There is a sign stating they were only open until 9pm. It was 8:35. So I drove around to the drive Thu again, after about 30 seconds someone finally opened the back door and said they were closed. At least have the respect to honor the signs that you put up. If you had to be closed for some some reason, change the sign and turn off the drive through lights!!
