Ordered a birthday cake from here and it was so disappointing. The edible paper border was ripped in multiple places and looked so sloppy. Two different blue colors were used on the cake which looked unprofessional and pickup was later than I had scheduled. Next time we’ll drive further away to get a better quality cake.

Overall, horrible experience. We came here on May 16, 2025 before 6pm. the person who took our order was super quiet but seemed snippy over the speaker. As we got to the window the person working it had a disgusting sweatshirt on that was covered in dandruff or just a bunch of gunk around the neck of it with unclean hands/nails. The window of the restaurant alone was absolutely disgusting I dont even want to imagine the inside of this place… after waiting over 10 minutes at the window, watching them only make drinks and pack a door dash order, they finally asked us to pull up for another 15+ minutes because “our cook is slow”..this is absolutely horrendous service for the franchise owner to have operating this restaurant. Please save yourself time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else.. i ended up going in to ask for a refund to go somewhere else. We are still waiting in the drive through at 6:30pm…

The entire place is so dirty the card reader is disgusting the countertops are disgusting all displays have food caked on them,the walls, everything around the tables is disgusting they were cleaning the floor with dirty dirty dirty water the sanitary atmosphere is definitely lacking. All the stainless machines behind the main desk had food caked on them and things dripping down the sides it was scary

My boyfriend & I went in DQ after our Easter dinner. We were in the mood for a sundae for dessert. When we walked up to the counter, no one was at the order area. Waited 5 minutes. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. Waited 5 minutes. The hot fudge was not on the sundaes. Instead, some watered down, syrupy, lukewarm, liquid. The ice cream was more like a frozen milk slushy. My boyfriend actually threw his away after a few spoonfuls. When we left, my boyfriend commented to the worker at the cash register – what happened to the hot fudge? The worker said–“well there must be something wrong with it” End of my review. Won’t be returning to DQ.

Me and my girlfriend, along with her friend ordered our food at 6:14-6:15. We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food, our food was sitting for about 20 minutes. Let alone, I had to repeat what kind of Blizzards I needed about 5 times. Overall, it is not that hard, along with that they somehow even managed to mess up one of our Blizzards, after I said what kind of Blizzard it was, to which I got an okay, then received the wrong item. 35-42 minute wait is slightly ridiculous.

Why don’t you have sugar cones at your stores? Table weren’t clean off where I was sitting. In fact there were 3 tables not clean off. Hasn’t keep me from still getting my food from there. Just letting management know what is going on. Servers were very polite and well dress in DQ clothing.
