Used to go here all the time when I was a kid and when I came home from the military. Haven’t been here since I moved back home. The beef burger used to be the best then for a while it was not good. Had one today and it was almost as good as I remember. My mother had the bakes ala mode and said it was good. The tables needed cleaning but while we were sitting there they came out and cleaned them. The freezers are always loud and it’s hard to hear. The place is looking good otherwise. Will have to come back again sooner.

It’s dairy queens, it’s been dairy queen since 1940 so not sure what you want a review on..if you don’t know what it’s like your probably not old enough to read a review if your angry enough to leave a review just no they are big enough your opinion doesn’t matter.. where else are you gonna go get your blizzards?

Quick service and they allow substitutions with their combo meals. The staff is really friendly. Ice cream must make people happy. I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience here. Physical plant is aging, and the menu is of course stock, but that’s why you go there.

I love the food here I always make sure to stop here when in town but the way I was just treated by Betty was way uncalled for can you say major Karen. Rest of the staff here is great. This isn’t the first time I have noticed Betty with a mood killing attitude. I feel for your other employees. Just really blew my mind that when I asked if I need to bringing my business here she replies with she could care less. I’m always telling ppl to come here but if this continues I will just go to subway.

Service was great, prices are good…You can get the $5 meals here but they have what u choose for that written on a board behind counter and it was hard to read from the lights reflecting off it.
The food was OK could of been better though…I think they need to clean their fryer cause the fries looked like they were peppered at first glance but actually it’s stuff from the old frying oil. The booths were clean for most part.
It’s small place so wouldn’t go here with slot of ppl.

As a kid I LOVED the twin cronie…not so much anymore. They’ve changed in the last several years. Hopefully I just got one from a bad batch but I’m not interested in getting one again.
What really was disappointing was the courtesy at the counter. I ordered the twin cronie and onion rings and a cup of water. The clerk rang it up, not to forget to charge me the .15 for the cup for a total of $9.61. She was nice enough but it would have been nice of her to inform me on their July special offering a twin cronie, fries, drink and Sundae, all for $7.00. yes, I realize it’s not her responsibility to point such things out .. or is it.
I live 600 miles away and rarely get back but, DQ will no longer be on my “must do” list.

We went inside recently to get a couple Blizzards and a meal. The Blizzards were perfect, but the meal we received was very bad. The burger (jalepeno burger) tasted like lighter fluid and did not have any sort of jalepeno on it. We should have taken it back to the counter, but we didn’t end up doing that.
The customer service was good though, and we had our order very quickly.

It was 10min before closing, the drive-thru was long and parking lot was full. The employees were pleasant and hung in there until everyone was satisfied.

Customer service is declining in the evenings anyway. Have gotten sarcastic side looks from employees, ordered and been charged for and not gotten extras, and had orders mixed up several times recently. Waited 45 minutes for a CALLED IN order a few weeks ago.
It was better service when more high school kids worked there.
