I’m so beyond disappointed! This is the second time in a row (only been here twice) that I’ve gotten a blizzard that’s so melted I can’t eat it with freezing it first. Which means I have to wait at least a couple of hours. Also, I ordered a medium and received a small. I wasn’t gonna say anything just figured out want meant to be but when I took the lid off I wanted to cry. If they weren’t so busy I would’ve waited for another.
The first time we visited this location I got a blizzard for my birthday and couldn’t even rest of until the next day because it was so melted it was the only treat I had that day so yes I was quite devastated

Pre-ordered chicken strip baskets for a late dinner. Went inside to pick them up. They weren’t as busy as I’ve seen them be and only one other customer in the store. No smile, no welcome. Just a “What can I get you?” If we hadn’t have ordered and prepaid, I might have walked out. The friendliness seems to be a thing of the past. Not the first time it’s happened there.
We usually stop by for dessert. The kids like ice cream and it’s a special treat to go but I think we’ll be going to the grocery store and saving money. Money is tight for everyone but when you go to spend it you at least want a friendly environment. Dairy Queen is supposed to be a fun experience especially for the kids.

Visited today with an app order for in store dining. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a slight order adjustment request when I arrived. Food was hot and fresh, dining room and bathroom was clean. They held our dessert to make fresh after the hot food. Don’t miss the rewards and coupons on the app!

My wife has a nut allergy. I always order her blizzard first and inform the employees of the allergy. 2½ years ago she found a nut in her M&M blizzard and had to go to the hospital. I called and spoke to the manager about this and they said it was an accident to which I replied it’s an accident that could potentially kill someone. She promised they would take better precautions in the future. Eventually we ended up going back and went a long time without issues until last night she got another nut in her blizzard. I understand human error is a factor and all but it’s apparent that this dairy queen doesn’t emphasize the importance of allergies and the consequences that follow.

I travel all over Indiana for work, and eat a lot of fast food for lunch. This place is not your normal DQ. The food comes out not only quick and good, but it didn’t look like they have been sitting on the buns before they used them. The small amount of sauces on the food was perfect, no messes, and you can still taste the food. I was truly amazed by the level of cleanliness and food preparation this place showed. If you are near Thompson and Emerson and hungry, this is your stop.

Everytime I go through drive thru, they mess up
Forgot gravy for the tenders, and wrong blizzard. Asked for the Oreo/Reese. Got only Oreo.
Fries half basket. Not even full.
Only happens when u go through drive-thru.
