Food is fine. I had an older, middle aged woman wait on me. She never smiled, never talked. Not one word!! I said hi, nothing. Never how can I help you, nothing. She got my cone and handed it to me and I said ” I have some advice for you, you could talk!” She must be a miserable person. I would not want an employee like her.

No drive thru and they have 2 windows that take orders but they are seriously unorganized. The order you arrive is not the order they take the orders in. Not a fan of this location at all!!!

I had my first Banana Split in years, and boy was it good! I watched the attendant make it, and my mouth watered while I watched! I left a $2 tip. The ice cream was expensive like everything else right now. No drive-thru and seating was outside only. I was very satisfied!

I stopped at this establishment to get 3 blizzards for myself, the husband and our son. I was greeted with a very rude young gal who couldn’t even say hello or how can I help you. I was displeased that they don’t have the gun that gives you points for the money you spend in their store. The gal left my credit card in the machine unattended while she took her sweet old time making the blizzards. Another staff member to my card out, handed it back to me and asked me if I wanted a receipt. I ordered 2 large and 1 small. The large ones were barely filled past halfway and the small one was overflowing. Another staff member had to put a larger lid on the small one and the gal just stood there. I had to ask for spoons, a bag or drink carrier and napkins.
If this chic hates her job, please quit. You’re giving this location a bad reputation and pissing off customers.
I’ll take the extra time to drive to the one in Howland from now on. They are friendly and pleasant.

These women are wonderful! Every year we order a special cake for our son, who has celiac. They take such care in making an ice cream cake with his special needs….I couldn’t ask for better! Thank you for caring!

A little limited menu or it all just isn’t posted. No matter what some say in these reviews they do serve their blizzards upside down. I know because that’s what I always order. Sometimes the employees just talk while getting orders ready but they are polite and get the orders out quickly.

Worst Dairy Queen I ever went to. Purchased a Chocolate Malt couldn’t taste any of the malt flavoring what so ever. Tasted like a Chocolate Milkshake. Also ha ca Chili Dig with onions. The meat in the hot dog was barely warm. It looked it wasn’t cook just came out if the wrapper. The girl that waited on me was not warm or welcoming. She was colder than the iceberg that the Titanic struck. Not going back there ever. Too many other DQ out there that are much better. Stay Away.

They’re always hopping at this place. While it doesn’t have indoor seating you at least get to go into an enclosed area to place your order. The food is always good. I took off one star because they don’t have seating inside or a drive thru.
