Prices were not marked on menu board. Asked why there were no prices and was told they had just been raised and had no time to put them on. I ordered footlong coney and small diet pop. Wife ordered banana split. As you can see in the picture very little coney sauce with neither the sauce nor dog having much flavor. Drink was mostly ice. Banana split was ok. Spent almost $12 for all.

Their online menu is deceiving! It is a shame to be called Dairy Queen! I hope others aren’t like this! If someone says different, they must went to another town, sure not this one in Marion Ohio!!

So went through the drive-thru at about 445 today Feb 17th 2022. I ordered the reese’s extreme blizzard in a small size. My wife got a small snickers blizzard. Hers was soft serve and right as the picture shows. Mine however was accidentally upgraded to a medium which I was fine with. The problem was it was already pre made and frozen see picture. It was so hard I could barely even squeeze it. By the time I noticed it I was already home. So I didn’t go back. I tried calling no answer. So this is the best option.

This is the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Hot dogs were ungodly expensive and horrendous. The “coney sauce” was just weirdly colored juice. When I ordered the 2 for 5 they said they didn’t have it, then I asked for a chicken strip basket, the said they didn’t have grilled or fried items. The staff were meh. Never going here again, even if it was the last food on earth.

I think the food was good for a Dairy Queen…have been going to this same location for almost 70 years. Customer service is adequate, but they don’t really seem to understand the customer service of the old days….its certainly not what it was like when I was a kid.

Went to order food and got to the drive through window just to be told their system can’t take my card as a payment. It’s supposedly not accepted at their location. Which I find funny because even a small mom and pop restaurant and major ones as well, accept my card. I was asked if I had any other way of paying and I just decided if my money isn’t any good here, then I won’t be coming back. Probably because I wasn’t driving a brand new car like everyone else was or flashed a credit card.

Worst chocolate milkshake ever. It’s cold chocolate milk. I asked the girl that made it if she could make it thicker, and apparently the answer was no. Bad milkshake is one thing, the bad attitude to go with it is something entirely different.
