I got sick from their chocolate brownie Extreme. They need to start mentioning if their ice cream has rich chocolate. Their are some people who have a sensitive stomach to rich chocolate and if they eat it, they get very sick and start throwing up. By the time my order got to my house my ice cream was already half way melted

Went through the drive thru. Was pretty quick. I asked for extra vanilla syrup in my milkshake. If they put it in there then it wasn’t much cause I couldn’t detect the extra. I get this same shake everytime so I would know if it had a full extra shot or not. Either way I appreciated the speed of service.

Every time I go in and I order a kids meal with a extra chicken strip dr pepper, a cone, with ranch,, the young man Tyler tries to up charge me for a extra ranch I do not order,, he screws up my order every time and never gives me what I want,, gives me the wrong item for the ice cream,, I tell them a cone,, and put it in a cup,, today he never gave me the cone, he also said there is no dip for a kids meal, I said yes there is,, I go to many different dairy queens,, this is the only one that purposely tries to make me over pay.. or gets order wrong.. Tyler needs to be retrained.. I pay his wages, tell him to stop lying and trying to steal from us up.. this ranch has curdles in it, taste bad. I have another receipts which shows it’s him every time and it shows the over charge on the ranch,, and when I find it, I will load it here.. Their is also a girl that works there that I had to have them reload my fries because they don’t like to fill the packet

Friendly & 9/10 times my order was good & correct. Definitely my preferred DQ. Only downside is it’s a small cramped area, so waiting in the drive-thru can be frustrating & they close an hr earlier then S.Bloomfield & Chillicothe locations, which has been a bummer for my household on a couple of occasions. But still 2 !

We ordered at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly and our order came out quickly. The food was hot and good. Except the ice cream of course which was a little melted because it was 94 degrees outside! Not the fault of the store!

Outdoor seating only. Took a decent amount of time to get our order taken at the walk-up window even though we were the only ones in line and no one in the drive-through. Had a least a handful of staff members, so I don’t think that was the issue but could have been. Order was wrong but they corrected it. Overall, I prefer and have had better experiences at other locations.

I went to this location early this afternoon and when I asked the employee if I could add something to my order the manager came up, asked her employee what I was adding. She then looked me in my eyes, scoffed, and rolled her eyes and walked away. I asked to speak with her and asked why she was so rude she then said “I have a long line” and when I said I understood, we all have worked in fast food but no need to be rude. She did not apologize, but said “just give me your money” I am 25 and never have I confronted any fast food place for anything because mistakes happen, but she was blatantly rude and disrespectful and did not care. Also she forgot half of our order (probably on purpose)

Service is horrible , I don’t like being made to feel like I have to hurry .Stop hiring rude teenagers .Every time I come to this dairy queen we usually get blizzards which are always melted by the time we finally get to the window !Stop making our blizzards ahead of time for them to sit on the counter & melt !While the guy in front of me ordered cones , sundae & banana spilt his items looked fine while being handed through the window.
After I get to the window & pay we realize again that our blizzards are melted! I already have 1 credit for a blizzard that I now don’t want because we are NOT returning to any dairy queen after the rude service & of course the melted blizzards!
