Was in Tiptonville for work, saw this old-school DQ and decided to give it a try (it reminded me of one I remember from childhood). It was great. Still has the vintage look (signage and decore) and walkup windows. And the staff was friendly. The food tasted better than I remember.

Will never set foot back in this Dairy Queen, I order a cheeseburger the same way I do for every burger ever, it came out with nothing on it I ordered (lettuce, onion, mayo) however with some other things I didn’t order on it (pickles, onions and mustard) I took it back to the counter and the very rude cashier who ignored me for several minutes finally talked to me and told me that’s how ever burger is and took it back and just added the things I wanted on top of the things I didn’t want on the burger. Completely unprofessional and bad business, someone needs to talk to their employees. Do better.

I’m very disappointed in Dairy Queen tonight. I ordered my food. The hamburger steak at 4:30. I did not receive it until about 530. I waited almost an hour only to receive it and it not be hot. It wasn’t cold. It was just warm one piece of lettuce, the fries were soggy, the hamburger steak itself was actually good but it wasn’t hot when I arrive. There was nobody there when I left it wasn’t super busy. There was probably five people there. I noticed the workers there were two that were on the grill but the rest of them were just kind of roaming around, I’ll still eat there and I’m sure I love it but I’m just upset with this service tonight

We come here often because we work nearby. The food has always been on point on point. The service has always been really good. The atmosphere is definitely a dq vibe but the lobby usually stays pretty packed with several kids. So, it’s not for everyone. They serve tacos… the usual food and ice cream.

We love this Dairy Queen. It has the little cheeseburgers and Jim Dandy on the menu. Plus tacos! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had my little dog with me, outside waiting on us, and the employee Mr. Jeff offered her some water. I thought that was very sweet! We ordered ice cream as well. The restaurant was clean and we had great service!!

Great burgers fries and onion rings. Staff was friendly and the store was clean and very organized. So glad we found this original DQ while visiting the area! Had to get ice cream cones to go!
