Went in on a Thursday, right when they opened, looking for a cake. They did not have the exact one I wanted. The nice girl behind the register told me that she had just made one last night, but it was not decorated yet and if I could wait 5-10 min she would decorate it for me. I was so appreciative! Great service! Very nice girl. Wish I knew her name!

I have never had such a negative experience anywhere. We walked in and not one person smiled. The lady behind the counter was taking orders and never spoke a word to anyone, no thank you with a mean or mad unhappy face. The line was long so some young guy came and took our order to help out. He could not work the machine and because of it, took our order wrong. I ordered the Heath sunday and I was given something with oreos and marshmallows. I can not eat marshmallow as it makes me sick. I tried to explain to the person with all the silver around his nose and mouth but he and the other woman got aggressive and would not stop to listen to me. I did not order what I got. We also ordered a strawberry blizzard and it was half just plain ice cream, no strawberries. I am going to make sure Dairy Queen Corp. knows what a horrible place this is and how everyone in there needs customer service training. There are so many ice cream places, you do not need to go here. A waste of $14. Came home and read reviews on YELP and Google. Staff rude, combative, no customer service.

This place was so awful it’s comical. They got my order completely wrong, which would have been forgivable, but when I told the worker she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the ice cream in the trash. Then the staff put rap music obnoxiously high and started loudly conversing/ arguing amongst themselves at one point. Also, all the tables were dirty. Won’t ever be back. I’ll stick to Chill-N where the staff is polite.

Location is clean. Service experience is lacking under new ownership. I’ve been in about 3 times under new ownership. The manager working plays music that is 100% not meant for families and little ears.
Today, when I entered, there was an older couple waiting at register. They walked out empty handed. I waited. Same manager, making an order, never acknowledged my presence. I still waited as I really wasn’t in a rush, but it was a bit. When she got to me, I noted she had air pods in both ears. That takes care of the terrible music portion but it also was a very cold transaction.
Make your ice cream at home.

Dairy Queen 14271 S Dixie Highway Miami, FL 33176 has one of the best ice cream shops. I enjoyed how clean and friendly the store was. The new management has added the Dairy Queen rewards to this location. Service was great and so was my ice cream. If near by come by and support, you will not be disappointed.

Service is ok. The servings even tho they try to serve tou a lot. The fa t that they. Ant close the top for a to go order, and the sides of the cup are all full of ice cream, which makes it messy to try to carry. The lids were broken and spilling over with the toppings. It’s not a clean, decent presentation.
But it is what it is. The staff don’t seem to want to work there as they have fa es that look they are upset. No smiles, no customer service.
There are other ice-cream shops nearby. i will be trying after this experience that is not that far.frpm this location.
I recommend trying other local options for the entire cool, chill out experience with the family or date.
If you don’t have any other choice, then stop here. But at least adjust your expectations.

Your worker Phylessa is the rudest person I’ve dealt with in a long time. I use to love this place before the new owners. This young lady should not have a job where customers are involved. Horrible!
