Nice folks and hot food / cold food, as it should be. It’s nice when you need to let your chili cheese dog cool off so you can eat it. Better than room temperature burgers elsewhere.

My food was all correct, the prices were going down when I went. Too many people working one shift in my opinion, but it was surprisingly quiet and comfortable in the lobby. Everyone working helped me figure out my order. The cashier even gave me a discount when I was a dollar short. Overall great lunch spot.

Terrible service while I was in here and I am a local to this area. Every time I’ve went here they’ve gotten something wrong with my order and the last time I was here the MANAGER wanted to throw an attitude about getting my order wrong and fussing about having to correct there mistake and tonight was the last straw. Ordered my food and desert got the desert no problem thought would be a few minutes on the food nope another 15 minutes just to get my flamethrower burger and it be cold and the cheese not even be melted at all. Will never spend another dime at this establishment. Will be attaching photos as well.

I haven’t eaten at a Dairy Queen in a long time….. And I’m glad I decided to stop here on this day! The food was excellent and there was not 1 thing wrong with the order!!! ♥️ I even had everything down to napkins and even a Spoon for my mother’s Blizzard! Lol!! Which she said was Awesome!!! Also, the Lady at the Drive through window was also very pleasant and did her job very well!! 🙂 Thanks DQ in Toccoa Ga!! Y’all did great!! 5 stars across the board from me and my Mom!!!!! 🙂

Staff was very rude with exception of the gentlemen at the cash register. He kindly took my order and I ordered a meal with a blizzard and paid to add hot fudge. I received my blizzard and tried it, mixed it up, looked all over, and no hot fudge. Upon asking the woman at the counter to please add the hot fudge I paid for, she escalated the situation and asked for my order #. I told her the gentlemen kept my receipt (I told him I didn’t need it – boy was I wrong) but he testified I did pay for hot fudge. She refused to add it and since she wouldn’t calm down I left with my $7 blizzard that didn’t have hot fudge.

The food is okay, but the blizzards are usually pretty good. The staff is a mixed bag. Some are friendly and some aren’t. It’s not the best DQ, but not bad.

Everytime my family and I come to this Dairy Queen we are always satisfied with our order. The staff is friendly and patient. My kids always leave there with smiles on their faces and their tummies full.
