I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a Blizzard around 9:09 PM and was informed that only ice cream items were available at that time. Considering the price and the wait time, I expected the usual Dairy Queen quality. Unfortunately, when I opened my Blizzard, it was completely melted — more like a milkshake than the thick consistency Dairy Queen is known for. It appeared to be brown, mushy ice cream rather than a properly prepared Blizzard.
I was honestly so surprised that I forgot to take a photo. I almost drove off without checking my order, and I’m glad I didn’t. This was not up to Dairy Queen standards.
The drive-through employee was very apologetic, which I appreciated. However, I do believe better communication would have helped. If the ice cream machine was not functioning properly or the product consistency wasn’t right, that should have been explained before serving it.
I also noticed the employee appeared to be handling the workload alone while others were nearby but not actively assisting. From a customer perspective, it seemed like he could have used additional support during that time.
I hope management or corporate leadership reviews operations at this location to ensure proper training, communication, and team support. Dairy Queen has a strong brand reputation, and experiences like this do not reflect the quality many customers expect.

My co worker and I come to this Dairy Queen every single day on lunch (I know – some big backs) but the quality of this food is amazing. Whatever you get tastes just like the chicken or cow was raised with love. Always fresh and worth the wait!!

The blizzard ice cream was good but the toppings are very little.
To respond to your reply, I have gone to other Dairy Queen’s and gotten the same blizzard and they put way more toppings than your store does. Second of all, I told her at the cashier while I was paying that I wanted sprinkles on my blizzard and I was charged for it. The only reason they put it at the end was because I paid for the sprinkles and they forgot to put the sprinkles from the beginning and when I got the blizzard, I told them there were no sprinkles inside.

Food is decent. We usually get a blizzard. The main Manager or owner seems very attentive to customers needs. The reason for my post is the young lady at the drive thru. I have used the drive thru about 3-4 times over the past few months and she literally doesn’t say a single word to you. Nothing! I can’t fathom someone doing less than the bare minimum should be working at the oldest restaurant in Roswell. It can’t be too hard to say hello to the customers.

This is the second time coming to this location. We ordered two medium dipped cones and this is what we received. The cone was bigger than the ice cream. When my husband asked him why they were so small, they said those are the mediums. We’ve visited many DQ’s in several states and I have never seen any that size or shape. Being a corporate company, it’s important that all the products be the same.. especially the iconic DQ cone. I don’t know if the staff doesn’t know how to make a cone or if they’re just cheap. Either way, we won’t be returning.

The app messed up my order and sent it to this store, I called and ask for a refund which this store was to Far away, they are refusing to refund me my money. Do not go here, I put the right store in the app, it automatically sent it to a different store, the dairy Queen I sent it to said it happens a lot with the app, there unprofessional saying we don’t issue a refund because our app messed up, but we cooked the food and got it ready so we should get paid. No customer service and expect me to come back lol. Unprofessional. I’ll be back with a camera making you famous on social media, I’m a very known influencer

Took the kids for late night ice cream. The lobby was closed but we choose outdoor seating to avoid eating ice cream in the car.The chocolate dipped vanilla cone and strawberry cheesecake blizzard were delicious.

Very very special thanks to Keisha who saved the day for me on my husbands birthday! He really wanted a DQ birthday cake! They were super busy in the drive thru and only had 10 inch cakes left, she was so so so nice and ran back and made me an 8 inch cake so I wouldn’t have to drive to another location at 8:30 at night! Cake tasted awesome, she decorated the color I asked and was just super genuinely helpful even though she could’ve just as easily said sorry we don’t have it. Amazing customer service!! Thanks Keisha!!!!
