DQ use to have a mystery quart, It would have random blizzard flavors mixed in one quart and it was pretty great. Now they do mystery bags.. the only thing that is ever in them is vanilla and chocolate twist ice cream.. sometimes with sprinkles.

Went to get ice cream tonight and the lady on the drive thru speaker was very rude they I clearly said large cup and they game me a tiny cup of ice cream smh by time I got home to notice it was to late to go back they were closed. Ice cream is always great but the people and service not so much ! I can say the guy that took my card was nice but whoever it taking orders through the head set definitely hates her job and you can tell she didn’t even give me my total just yelled “ pull around !” When I was being very polite! To that worker you should retire that head set because customer service is not for you !

They people are really nice but as far as cleanliness they could do better service was really good from my experience. My kids loved it as you can see in the pictures and don’t worry that’s our mess on the table. They food was good but like I said tables and seats could have been cleaned better. So they get 4 stars just for good service and good food but the cleanliness could have been better!!

This is NOT Dairy Queen. Nothing given was up to standard. Received a “chicken basket” that I could have cooked better at home. Fries were cold, chicken was bland and the gravy was extremely watered down and tasteless. No flavor whatsoever except for the 2 salt packets I was given. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN MARTINSBURG!
The staff are always friendly & in all my years of getting fast food from here it’s never been cold or badly prepared.
Today, they forgot my gravy with my order (no big deal). I called down and they told me to head back to the store and they would re-make it for me. Most places wouldn’t have even considered remaking the whole order & to make things better they also gave me 2 coupons! Thank you all for great service in a town where there aren’t many good fast food places to count on for fresh hot food and friendly service!

Its a dairy queen in every sense of the word… but somehow the best DQ iv ever been to.
You can order a car wash in the drive thru.
You get a free car wash and free small cones for everyone in your car when you get an oil change.
And everyone is always happy.
