Signage removed. Hardware will soon all be gone. They do have the option of (for a substantial cost) of relabeling the location as another company. It is likely far too expensive to do so.

During Covid the last thing anyone would want is some strangers hair in your ice cream. Never coming back. No one in our family has black hair.

We went there twice already in a row and some young girl said ice cream machine is frozen and they said we can wait 30 minutes to an hour or longer depending on manager. We never waited and left. We found out they were using this excuse to not have to work and do it, must of got hired from McDonalds where they always say there ice cream machine is out. Overall don’t recommend this one drive on down to bigger Dairy Queen or go to local place in Bluefield VA.

Employees were outside when I drove up. The drive through window isn’t reachable from the drivers seat so I had to get out and walk around. I was told to pull up and my 2 slaw dogs fries and coke would be brought to me. After a while I noticed a guy hold a bag out the drive through window. I got out and walked back, he gave me the bag and a girl brought out my coke. I said I ordered fries also. He goes back in and a couple minutes later brings my fries. When I get home I have 5 slaw dogs instead of the 2 I ordered.

Since when is dipping chocolate put in a peanut butter parfait instead of hot fudge or chocolate syrup? Also missed part of our order and had to go back for the rest of our food. But the parfaits were not even edible due to the chocolate setting up so hard.

The location on Bluefield Ave was so accommodating when I placed a huge order when I wanted to treat the staff at Cole H-D. Thanks for taking the order ahead of time over the and having over 20 blizzards and more ready for us when we got there! Thanks to the DQ team that was working so hard to make this happen.

Most everyone Very nice. Food usually pretty good. The unmentionable people hanging around all the time makes it often difficult to get service @ window. When the kids are not playing in the drive thru with one of the employees, makes it easier to get to drive thru to place order. The kids act like your bothering them to have to take their time to move for me to get served. Perhaps this will stop sooner than later.

Have been waiting nearly an hour for a hotdog, hamburger, and a shake. Have been coming here my entire life and will never come back. Still waiting….ridiculous. Asked for a refund after waiting for over an hour which they refused to give. Out of almost $13 and no food! Worst service ever had anywhere!!!

My order was wrong, which I understand mistakes happen, but when I asked for it to be corrected both employees working acted like it was a big deal. One went as far as rolling her eyes. I set in the line at least another fifteen minutes waiting on my order to be corrected.
