I had an online order, and I go to pick it up and tell them through the drive-thru. I am told to pull around. When I get to the window they try to give me the wrong food, and I catch it in time. After telling them again that I have the online order and my name, they give me my bags without my drink. I tell them I need my drink, and the guy says to pull up and they will bring it right out. I’m sitting there waiting and 5 cars have gone by me and got there food. I see the other guy looking out of the drive thru window at me like 4 times. Then all of a sudden my drink is brought out to me. 10 min wait for a drink that they could have made while I was at the window? I am going to use this as their free pass, because this is the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. But we will see what happens next time.

I went through the drive through and the person speaking, who was obviously new, was very distracted and was talking to coworkers while taking our order. He forgot half of the order and we had to re-order at the window. At the window, the workers took a long time and once again, something was forgotten. When we asked for the soda that we ordered, the boy at the window fumbled around and gave us a sweet tea that was obviously meant for the people behind us. Very terrible service and very incompetent workers. Do better.

I am obsessed with the peanut butter milk shake. It is just so very good! Of course so is everything else. The burgers and fries are to die for. I haven’t had anything there that hasn’t been delicious! But seriously the peanut butter milk shake is worth the trip!!

This visit was a little weird. We ordered food at the drive-thru and the ordering place was ok but when we got up to the window for our food few words were spoken to us by the young man who was giving us our food and taking our money. He basically said how much things were and took the money. No thank yous, how are you, etc and we had to wait a bit for the order. It was just a bit weird and maybe it was a newer employee.

Never go to an ice cream place for a hamburger.
I was very explicit as to what I wanted and they got it wrong.
I ordered two blizzards and they had no lids on them so by the time I got home they were all over the place.

I said no cheese please.
So this is the bacon ranch and it has an onion ring on it barbecue sauce and ranch dressing apparently. I never tasted the ranch dressing because of barbecue sauce is so overwhelming.

Bad bad bad. We usually like to come here. They opened on August 17 without enough help and had to shut the front door and close. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We paid with Apple Pay so they wouldn’t or couldn’t refund. Everyone else was getting their order but us. They are not allowed to call anyone like the owner. 1) They should have never opened 2) the only reason people go to a fast food restaurant is to get food fast. Someone else here ordered food online and got completely different food. I don’t know if I’ll ever come back. I guess we stuck here until we get our food or we are out $50. Finally got food. The order was messed up but we had no choice but to eat what we got. We had plans that are all messed up now. Next time, we are going to little Maria’s. If you own this restaurant, you need to take some action.
