Came here with my boyfriend and his brother and sister after some fun on the beach and we all had a pretty good experience. The service was very quick and efficient and we got our order in a timely matter considering there was a lot of people here. I got a vanilla milkshake and it was great. I would definitely come back again to try some of the food they have.

One of the places you must go when you visit the boardwalk in Virginia Beach. You can never go wrong with a royal blizzard. It’s location is lit up well and always packed.

I come for the ice cream and that’s it. I’ve never had a problem with service. I’ve always treated the employees with respect and they have shown me the same. Great place for hanging out on a hot day at the beach. Can get crowded during g busy times but there is plenty of space.

This Dairy Queen is located next to the boardwalk on the oceanfront that has counter ordering from the outside and a few outdoor tables. Service is what you would expect from an oceanfront fast food restaurant. The order took a little while to be delivered but everything ordered was correct. If you know Dairy Queen, you will know the type of fast food offered. You should note that prices are higher than normal due to the location.

I couldn’t hear or understand the gal taking my order. Also the “manager” was just standing around with his arms crossed like he was bored and annoyed he had to be there. Wasn’t trying to help the workers in any way. Even when I was trying to ask about something on the menu and my gal wasn’t sure what I was asking, he just stood there oblivious to the information I needed. He needs to be moved to a different location or let go. He is nowhere what a True “Manager” is. Managers help their workers when slammed or get questions they can’t answer. Kudos to the other workers & “janitor” who were able to answer my questions when the “manager” and my worker couldn’t. They were actually attentive to the situation and tried to help the situation instead of standing around playing pocket pool or with their arms crossed staring into nothingness

I will be calling corporate tomorrow best believe that! Your manager Emily that was working on Thursday night August 17th, 2023 was very disrespectful to her customers that were already in line before they closed! She wasn’t towards me but she had no right to talk to the family that had been there before the closing time to try to decline business! I can understand if they were there 5 mins before but all this started to happen around 1050 and they clearly been standing there before than so they should be served regardless!! And at that there wasnat least 8 people if not more just standing there refusing service lucky someone took our orders because they clearly saw we were irritated! Her name is K Chokbundra (I think is what was on the receipt! )

Ordered a s’mores blizzard like two weeks ago, and they gave me a turtle pecan blizzard which I did not notice till I was way gone and they were closed, not a big deal except thank god I wasn’t allergic to nuts . Buuuut then I ordered again on 4-17 , two shakes. A chocolate and banana and chocolate shake, cashier even repeated order back to me and I got a vanilla shake with bananas. Both were like straight milk , like very very running. Seems like they just gave us milk and flavoring .

Ate from here this afternoon, got a large fry and a small tap water n they charged me for water out of the faucet! Really bad service. Employees are not at all friendly. Customers BEWARE don’t waste your time or money here, it’s not worth the aggravation.
